Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
User Interface is good and can get into the detail of each dealer. Process and product are monitors, which helps in following the best options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work well with fewer customer data; it needs more data to predict.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is trying to automate the square parts sales. Its works were good in collecting that sales data and building rules to validate the sales cycles.

The applicatuon is intuitive and well documented for end-users to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a large application and complexity is high.

Customer relationship management and process management.
