Great PLM Software
What do you like best about the product?
Web based quick access to product data. Easy customization to our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delayed support from gtac for product support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our business in engineering change management and documentation management.
Gets the job done but bad UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can handle large assemblies and track as many revisions as I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface takes a bit of time to get used to. Not being able to sort folders without large effort is lazy programming and shows lack of care for the user.

Storing revisions.

Very structured Product. Lot of customizable workflow to get the job done

Ability to integrate with other applications is not very straight forward. There is a learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Active workspace element. It simplys the RAC solutions and also targets new capability around logistics product data
What do you dislike about the product?
In behaviors between cutting and deleting items, requiring you to removal all linkage. It would be nice if there was a simplified solution

Its bringing the digital thread to our Product Support Solutions.

The user experience. The user interface is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous solutions

Some aspects have a steep learning curve.

Reliability, Availability and Maintainability data storage and connecting it with our Service Lifecycle Management module by way of Product Support Data Management.

complicated to set up. not intuitive for users and admins.

mostly used as PDM. great at organizing CAD models. Engineering configuration management is running smooth on Teamcenter
