What do you like best about the product?
Teamcenter helps us to maintain the lifecycle of the CAD files for a product. This is also helpful in maintaining the different revisions of the CAD files along with the details of the change for each revision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teamcenter could have had advanced features which enables it to be linked with other CAD softwares too apart from Siemens NX. In addition to this it can add a feature so that it can be integrated with different PLM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teamcenter helps us in maintaining the iteration and revision details for all the CAD files along with their part structure maintained in the system. It also helps in linking all the associated child and parent objects related to the CAD part.
Teamcenter allows data reuse with ease and maintains the workflow intact.
What do you like best about the product?
Search capabilities, saving regular searches, associated data and files related to the product and its subcompact help organize everything as per organization policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the new person it may take some time to explore the platform which depends on roles, but proper process documentation for every role and responsibility can solve this which can reduce the issue of the learning curve

helping manage my complex CAE data so that I can track the design changes with respect to the digital performance alongside physical tests. the implementation of regular Teamcenter PDM is quick and it allowed to put the business up and running faster and obtain ROI quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Data security is key. Also BOM management, revision control, project management, Getting centralized data all these capabilities makes TC one of the powerful tool for any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you merge your design data in TC & once it gets encrypted then it's really difficult to take it back to its original format. That's really very tedious job for anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching data faster, avoiding duplication of work, giving latest drawing to shop floor will help to save many overheads like manufacturing cost, labor cost, time management & fastest delivery to client. It will ultimately help you get repeat orders too.

What do you dislike about the product?
TC is considered high-end in PLM software, mainly because TC was an early PDM software. After years of development and application, it has captured a large market share. Additionally, Siemens' strong financial support has also promoted the development of TC. Many specialized software products in the product lifecycle have been acquired by Siemens and integrated with the TC system, forming its own ecosystem. For example, after NX software (formerly UG software) was acquired by Siemens, original NX software users, when adopting PLM software, would definitely prefer TC considering software compatibility.
