Nexthink directly impacts the network and overall success - ease of use and discoverability for problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the ability to have more robust campaigns. Currently, some of the options are preset. For example, when choosing a single answer for a campaign, you cannot provide the user with a space to expand on their answer. Inability to operate the campaign in Arabic.

Reduce hard costs associated with providing services and supporting the end user computing environment and improve business productivity by enabling IT to see and stay ahead of issues that slow end users down.

PCs have issue in disk space , by using remote actions like system and disk cleanup, issue is solved
also real time alerting when opening certain executables that were listed as forbidden in company , hence sending campaign to user to not use them again also send the .exe to security team to block it like Psiphone app

Amazing tool for first class user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink provides great tools to enhance digital user experience. With it's dashboards, you can have a quick and clear view of main issues affecting experience and you can easily to a deep dive to troubleshoot further. With the right configuration, you can proactively avoid incidents and enhance the relationship users have with their IT department via campaigns and remote actions that they can either apply themselves or that can be part of an automized process.
The tool integrates seamlessly with most ITSM and ESM solutions and especially well with ServiceNow which allows us to quickly use it's data when handling incoming incidents. This ensures that it is regularly used and not just another tool in the toolbox.
Overall Nexthink is a key tool for us to deliver a user experience that even most large companies are unable to deliver.

What do you dislike about the product?
With the main product shifting from an on-prem solution to a hybrid solution while finally arriving to a full cloud solution, this has a small impact on the usability during the migration phase. For new customers going straight to cloud there shouldn't be an issue, but for existing customers there is some getting used to and slight feature changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink allows us to quickly identify upcoming issues and effectively communicate with users via integrated campaigns. We've been able to revolutionize the employee onboarding cycle with the campaigns and remote actions.

Being able to create Scores according to rules and also performing actions from the Finder is really useful

Limited number of entries and management of the categories.
