What do you dislike about the product?
-Maybe the install is kind tricky is you dont have any experience with code or install. But overall is one of the best service i use.
-OneSignal 503s quite often sometimes push notifications fail, although these issues have happened less and less over time.

It is an easy to use push notification service that integrates with wordpress and with good analysis of messages sent/clicked and follow up action taken by receiver along with a few other stats. It also allows to send manual notifications and segmentation of users of this service

although the product is reasonably well documented, it is sometimes tricky to install and get started especially for those that come without any coding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to send push notifications to users of mobile apps used within business for productivity purposes - mass reach on a mobile device versus voicemail/email

It is free, and the best notification app I have found. OneSignal provides marketing tools including A/B testing, segment targeting.

Nothing so far that I have found. Will update.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm still trying to figure out OneSignal's business model because the service is completely free. How is that possible? They do offer premium support but other than that , as far as web push notification is concerned, it's free!

Not really. Is very good.

The initial install is kind of tough if you do not have any coding experience. The customer service has been average but still has been responsive.

We needed to support push notifications for our business updates and ongoing information sets. The OneSignal platfrom made this very simple and we have been extremely happy with this high quality service.

Works great to generate repeat traffic to your website. Also integrates with WordPress, so users can be sent push notifications after every new publish.

Dashboards aren't great, and I haven't seen a huge amount of engagement with campaigns.

Generates repeat traffic. This is critical for our long sales cycle, and SaaS products.

The free version does not provide data privacy which is it’s major drawback.
