What do you like best about the product?
No doubt cPanel is one of the best control panels out there. Really in love with features and the flexibility it provides to host websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, however, I would like to see a load balancing feature on cPanel to make hosts highly available.

I basically use it for company email management and really it is amazing to use because of its interface and options available.

cPanel is a great web hosting manager. It features almost every available needs for a website, from email management to file management, ftp, security, php version, mysql, ssl and so on. Compatible with almost any server stack and os server versions. Easy to implement and easy to use.

Price, especially their newly deployed price point but, it is still far from its competitors so I am still using it.
