Excellent Self-Service Capability
What do you like best about the product?
Video editing made easy for anyone, advanced or ameateur. Intuitive navigation with ease of use to create videos using templates or from scratch. The addition of brand assets, stickers, music and configurable text allows utilization of Vimeo as the one stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see further improvements to integrations with CRMs, such as HubSpot. Gating videos is a huge bonus, but we need the data to automatically port over to our database for follow-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of unique video content to promote our brand.
Great video manager for people who don't want to deal with ads
What do you like best about the product?
Quality of video, ease of use, security and privacy settings, automated CC service with great editability, easy to embed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CC editor is not always reliable (atm), video library tools could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo is where we host all of our video content that is then embedded either on our website or on our LMS.

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo is easy to learn and provides excellent support if you run in to any issues. I use it as our primary hosting sight, and it's integrations with other sites like youtube make that continue to be a priority.

There are sometimes changes that are made that can be confusing and not fully explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We cannot have everyone in our space at all times. This allows online users to join live, as well as record meetings for documentation purposes.

Fantastic and flexible tool for video
What do you like best about the product?
Several great features. Overall, the ability to control so much of the embedded player is great. It's great to be able to customize the player with your brand colors, etc. I also love that we control what is shown at the end of the video. With other platforms, they automatically load/play a "related" video, which frequently was from a competitor. With Vimeo, we have a call to action or choose the next video to play. I also love that you can restrict access to the videos as well as restrict where they can be embedded. I also appreciate that I can update the video itself without changing the URL. Overall, it's a great resource for content creators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any significant issues using Vimeo. Very happy with it overall.

Professional and effecient way to watch and review videos
What do you like best about the product?
I like how comments can be made directly on the video pin pointing where the changes and comments are to be made, previous versions can always be viewed and downloaded. Comments can be replied to and marked off as complete. Vimeo homepage is customizable to remove Vimeo logo when presenting to client for a more polished look for the client
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find that the Ui Changes subtly every month or so, and gets a bit confusing, recently they added an extra click just to get to the review page, I find it unnecessary it should always be on the front page of settings so we don't have to navigate to advanced settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to implement group comments on videos so that it can be applied in the next draft for the editor like myself, it is very easy to keep track of previous records and comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient video recording and sharing platforms, we use it internally to record any scenario or behavior and share it with the technical or other teams for onboarding or on social media for marketing purposes.

Sometimes the browser plugins are not working, and the video recording is not initiated.

Having an easy platform to record your product or marketing videos, and easily share it internally with your team, or with your customer on the social media is absolute important.

Efficient streaming solution at compitetive price
What do you like best about the product?
Publishing videos works instantly, no need to worry about many details which are unimportant in 90% of all cases

Admin user interface can be improved. It is sometimes hard to find options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use vimeo to quickly get videos online. In many cases we need to include videos in our projects very quickly and do not want to worry abouT unimportant details requiring a lot of attention in other products. We don't want to worry about costs per video but appreciate the flat fee of our premium plan.
Excellent platform to manage our video channels
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration. We use Vimeo to broadcast to YouTube, Facebook, and our own website. I have occasionally also used the RFT integration, as well. The process is largely seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
New way of setting up a live-stream is confusing and kludgy. I much preferred the previous way of setting up a live-stream. Vimeo made assumptions about the live-stream work flow that do not apply to my situation. The revised workflow makes my job more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vimeo is the key component of our outreach to viewers who cannot attend our church services in person. Initially, we used Vimeo during COVID to stay in touch with our members, watching a slimmed-down Sunday Mass. As parishioners are (slowly) returning to the pews, our focus has shifted somewhat to being a platform for outreach and evangelism. While some of our parishioners--generally our shut-ins--still watch us online, we have also accumulated a following from Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. For some reason, we are very popular in Nigeria! In addition, we have welcomed new members who initially watched us online but who found our services attractive enough that they have begun attending in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Vimeo's live-stream platform is super professional, reliable and easy to use and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vimeo Premium has been really good but it is quite pricy.

We use Vimeo's live streaming platform to host branded livestreaming events and webinars for our clients.
