What do you like best about the product?
From a user perspective, AuthX nails the user experience. The MFA and Passkey prompts feel natural and lightweight. It integrates beautifully into our app’s flow without disrupting the design language.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing negative, I appreciate that AuthX prioritizes both security and user experience equally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve reduced login drop-offs and eliminated the “password fatigue” issue. Our users can authenticate securely while staying immersed in their workflow.

AuthX makes single sign-on truly enterprise-ready. From Omnissa to Citrix, all our apps are unified under one access layer. MFA policies adjust based on context, ensuring zero-trust security.

Nothing specific that I can think of. I love how we get an option to choose the authentication factors we want.

We’ve replaced multiple identity tools with one centralized platform, saving cost, reducing risk, and improving user experience organization-wide.

I find AuthX to be exceedingly valuable as it transforms the authentication experience, making it faster and more secure. I appreciate the seamless integration of various authentication methods such as RFID badges, PINs, and biometric options, which collectively eradicate the need to remember multiple complex passwords, significantly reducing password fatigue. The convenience level is further elevated by its capacity for smooth user switching on shared systems, saving me time. The setup process stands out for its simplicity and is notably user-friendly, thanks to the guided, step-by-step procedures provided during enrollment, making it accessible even to those who may not be tech-savvy. Additionally, I greatly value the multi-RFID support feature, which is beneficial for managing multiple access points or backup badges. AuthX's compatibility with various systems, including VPN clients, Citrix environments, and internal collaboration tools, offers a unified and consistent authentication experience, highlighting its importance in maintaining security across the board. The robust features of multi-factor authentication and RFID badge support act as pillars of convenience and security, ensuring reliability. AuthX's ability to streamline authentication across multiple platforms and support different methods while simplifying user interactions makes it a tool of choice for me, reinforcing its reliability and user-centered approach, which is why I would undoubtedly invest in it again.

For someone in QA, one of the most frustrating things is juggling login credentials during testing cycles. With AuthX Passkeys, authentication is not only more secure but also more convenient. It’s phishing-resistant, eliminates the risk of weak passwords, and works seamlessly. This gives me more time to focus on actual product quality instead of dealing with access issues.

AuthX has been smooth to use across environments. Love their admin dashboard.

By removing passwords, AuthX makes life of a user easy and more productive. It ensures strong security without slowing down our QA process, which benefits the entire release cycle.
