AuthX Essentials - 1000 users
AuthX Essentials provides a streamlined identity foundation with secure, frictionless access through Adaptive MFA and centralized SSO. Perfect for organizations that need strong authentication and simplified access management without endpoint-level controls.
You pick one of three access-security packages, each licensed for 1,000 users under a contract. AuthX Essentials covers identity basics with adaptive MFA and centralized SSO, without endpoint-level controls. AuthX Secure Lite adds endpoint protection for shared and virtual workstations, with SSO, adaptive MFA, and basic authentication workflows. AuthX Secure Complete extends this with support for complex policies and automated, multi-step identity flows for high-assurance, distributed environments. Pricing scales by user count, so each tier is billed per the 1,000-user block. Choose the tier that matches how much endpoint and workflow control you need.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the 1,000-user license block?
Each license covers 1,000 named user accounts. A user is an individual identity that authenticates through the platform, regardless of how many devices or applications they access. Shared workstations still count each person who logs in as one user toward the block.
What is the practical difference between AuthX Essentials, Secure Lite, and Secure Complete?
AuthX Essentials handles identity access with adaptive MFA and SSO but no endpoint controls. AuthX Secure Lite adds workstation endpoint protection with basic authentication workflows. AuthX Secure Complete extends that with complex policies and automated, multi-step identity flows. Each package meters the same per-user unit; the feature scope differs.
What happens to my cost if my user count grows beyond 1,000?
Each license is sized for a 1,000-user block. Adding users past that count requires an additional block or a larger contract. The platform is built to scale across many users, but billing follows the licensed block size, so growth is a manual license change, not automatic.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage of AuthX for me is how smoothly its Single Sign-On works across all the applications I use throughout the day. One secure login is all it takes to access our development tools, communication platforms, and internal systems. The integration with our VMware setup has also been reliable — even inside virtual machines, authentication is quick and consistent. The platform’s layout is straightforward, making navigation and setup easy for developers at any level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t encountered any issues. The ability to select different authentication methods adds convenience rather than complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting AuthX, switching between tools meant multiple sign-ins and constant session timeouts. AuthX has eliminated those roadblocks. With SSO in place, I can move between repositories, collaboration apps, and VM environments without repeated authentication steps. It has improved our overall workflow, reduced login fatigue, and made our access process more secure and dependable across systems.
