What do you like best about the product?
As an IT professional, what I value most about AuthX is the breadth of authentication methods. From passkeys and biometrics to tap-in badges and proximity login, the platform gives us flexibility to meet different use cases without sacrificing security.
The centralized dashboard provides real-time visibility, and integration with our identity provider (Entra ID) was quick and painless. The structured onboarding and responsive support made rollout smooth across our hybrid environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, AuthX has exceeded expectations. Reporting customization for granular audit needs is a great addition. Overall, no major drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to strengthen authentication without adding friction for users. AuthX addressed password fatigue, phishing risks, and the challenges of managing shared workstations and remote VDI access. Passwordless MFA and contextual policies have significantly improved our security posture, while SSO has simplified the login experience for end users. It’s been a win for both IT and end-user satisfaction.

"AuthX has been a game-changer in simplifying access management. The variety of authentication options especially Badge Tap, Biometrics and Passkeys have make shared workstation access seamless for all our employees.
As an admin, I appreciate the unified dashboard, which gives me full control and visibility without needing multiple tools. The integrations with our hybrid infrastructure were straightforward, and support has been consistently responsive."

Honestly, nothing significant. The platform has been reliable and intuitive for both IT teams and end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Managing secure access across cloud and on-prem environments was a major challenge. AuthX solved this by eliminating the reliance on passwords, enforcing stronger MFA, enabling smooth SSO, and using AuthX Bridge for on-prem applications.
For IT, this reduces administrative overhead and security incidents; for users, it means faster, frictionless logins. It’s rare to find a solution that satisfies compliance, security, and user experience all at once. AuthX does it seamlessly."

AuthX has simplified the login process for users. Single sign-on and intuitive workflows reduced password fatigue while keeping access secure.
With AuthX’s MFA and passkey options, we’ve significantly strengthened our authentication security.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the convenience of single sign-on is a game changer. I no longer waste time juggling credentials across tools. Pair that with MFA and Passkeys, and I know my logins are both faster and safer.

We’ve had no issues. The experience with AuthX has been super smooth.

One of the biggest problems AuthX solves - is the burden of password fatigue. Repeated logins and resets often disrupted my focus, especially when switching between apps throughout the day. With AuthX’s seamless SSO, I log in once and securely access everything I need. That shift has been really transformative.

The thing I like best is how effortless authentication feels now. SSO keeps my workflow smooth, and MFA with advanced factors like Passkeys keeps everything secure in the background.

This not only improves my personal productivity but also boosts overall team efficiency by letting us focus on delivering results instead of fighting with login screens.
