What do you like best about the product?
AuthX makes secure access effortless. We love the variety of authentication methods especially passkeys, biometrics, and tap-in badge support for our virtual desktop environments. It’s easy to manage and scales well across departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues noticed so far. Has been a great experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of SSO is unmatched. One login to all applications is a huge time saver for a developer like me who uses multiple tools. And, MFA with modern auth factors like Passkeys adds an extra layer of security

The automatic login to different business apps is fantastic, and MFA gives that extra layer of security.

Secure, seamless, and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who absolutely dreads dealing with passwords and constant MFA prompts, AuthX has been a breath of fresh air. I love how it offers truly passwordless login options like Passkeys, Mobile Push, Biometrics, and even Badge Tap. It feels super secure but never slows me down or frustrates me. Everything just works smoothly. The SSO (Single Sign-On) feature is another huge win; logging in once and getting access to multiple apps saves so much time. It’s seamless, fast, and honestly, I don’t even think about authentication anymore. That’s how it should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, I’d say there’s a bit of a learning curve when you first explore all the features AuthX offers. But that’s probably because it does so much; passwordless logins, SSO, device trust, biometrics, etc. Once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly smooth. I’d rather have powerful tools that take a moment to learn than deal with outdated security methods every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AuthX solves the biggest daily frustration I had; constantly typing passwords, juggling MFA codes, and logging into multiple systems separately. Now, I can log in securely without passwords using biometrics or a push notification on my phone, and I only have to do it once thanks to SSO. It saves time, reduces login fatigue, and gives me peace of mind knowing my access is secure without being annoying. It’s made my workflow smoother and honestly improved how I feel about our IT systems overall.

AuthX Passkeys have eliminated the hassle of remembering or resetting passwords, making access faster and more secure. At the same time, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection to prevent unauthorized access. Single Sign-On (SSO) simplifies the login experience further by allowing me to access all applications with just one log-in.

The platform has been reliable and user-friendly from day one. Trust me, Passkeys are magic.

AuthX has completely changed how access works. With passkeys, the password headache is gone, and SSO lets me log in once to securely access all key applications. It’s faster, safer, and far more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the initial learning curve can be steep for administrators unfamiliar with IAM systems. Additionally, documentation could be more exhaustive—particularly around advanced policy configurations and API integrations. However, the support team is responsive and often bridges this gap effectively.
