What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things I loved a lot about this is it's so easy to integrate with existing applications and manage all the asset operations

It would be great if its a little bit user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously its difficult to manage assets operations but now with IBM Maximo it turend quite easy and productive one

What do you like best about the product?
Its user freindly and with variety of things you can do on difeerent plat foam in different media of modes is incredibale . The best thing about IBM maximo is indutry accepted and renowned tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Becuse its Internet based application or we can savy live so if users are more its crashes and the work you wanted to do is being compromised some time which I hate

Its give me confidance and first hand knolwedge of such an amazing widely accepted application in indutsry and solving mnaier problems tracking assets is the biggest health

Once you first start using may be it bowring and difficult but once you see results after some hours of working than you will amaze to see you don't wanted to use any other application

Increase reliability of machine by assisting predictive Maintenance, inspection & Monitoring planning.

*Implementing the Safety Procedure permit flow was an excellent feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
*Backlog Clearance is a big headache.
*not user-friendly.
*the slower load time when users are multiple.
*it depends on the partner whether you get good or bad service.

In a Big enterprise, where different fields are operating it helps to manage inventory easily and connect each location to another.
It maintains all maintenance activity and records their budget

What do you like best about the product?
All in one solution. I liked how many of my needs it covered under one umbrella. I also liked its simplified pricing with the pay-as-per-use model, as well as its AI-powered features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system was strong, but it wasn't user-friendly for novices, I found out that it required training for most of the staff I had use it. Its complexity worked for our benefit though as a way to push our staff to self-improve and look further in their goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loved how I could define users' access as to what I needed, how I could get a big-picture view and management of all my business, be it assets or processes as well as integrate into our financial systems.

What do you like best about the product?
It has great technical flexibilities for businesses. It has great liberty in it to customise as much as your tailored needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing scheme is confusing and hard to understand for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved large assets management and handling problems as you can extensively track and manage your company's assets in every details.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintenance Modules, Inventory Management and flexible WorkFlow Management, and the recent MAS is impressive one that will bring predictive maintenance and eventually will help to save maintenance costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things related to Inventory, are linked with WorkOrder Management. For example, the lack of relationship between WO/DR to reordered PRs etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, IBM is continuously improving the product and fixing bugs and they have a fantastic road map
