    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate that the interface feels modern and is easy to use across different devices. Having both asset management and monitoring in one place also saves me a lot of headaches and makes things much more straightforward.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The downside is that getting it set up correctly can take months.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It’s a very powerful and intelligent tool. It benefits me by extending the lifespan of equipment and ensuring that staff always have the correct information at hand.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that I can track all my assets in one application, which makes maintenance activities and planning very easy. The setup of IBM Maximo Application Suite was very easy, especially with the OpenShift environment and Ansible playbook. It's also great for managing work orders, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoicing, including maintaining the complete asset management lifecycle.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The IBM support is a bit slow. When we raise a case to IBM, it will take some time for them to respond to all our questions.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use IBM Maximo Application Suite for asset tracking, work orders, creating purchase orders, and maintaining assets, which saves time, reduces costs, and eliminates manual paperwork.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that features are reviewed and updated. I love the ease of entering POs, revising POs and canceling POs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dislike that you can't cancel a PO that has services linked even though you unreceive the lines. You have force close the PO and create a new PR which is alot of work.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Maximo helps us with issues we run into with asset management. It's easy to enter PRs and issue POs to our suppliers. Overall, it helps to streamline our buying process.

    I love the fact that it's cloud-based and can be used anywhere without a VPN. It has built in audit and numerous safety features.

    What I value most is its all-encompassing approach, seamlessly integrating maintenance, monitoring, and analysis within a single platform. Additionally, the AppPoints system stands out as a clever solution for handling software administration.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    What I find challenging is the complexity of its infrastructure. It becomes a real struggle if the IT team does not have experience with containers or Kubernetes.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This is a robust and intelligent tool. Its most significant advantage lies in its predictive AI, which notifies users of potential bearing failures well in advance. The real-time, data-driven management also contributes to efficiently reducing operational errors.

    What do you like best about the product?
    IBM Maximo Application Suite is very strong when it comes to asset tracking, preventive maintenance, and work order management. The interface is detailed and gives you complete visibility into equipment, maintenance tasks, and performance metrics. I also like that it integrates well with IoT sensors and automation tools, which helps in predicting failures before they happen. The reporting features and dashboards are also quite helpful for understanding asset health.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Maximo is powerful, but the learning curve is definitely high. New users may find the interface overwhelming at first because there are so many modules and configuration options. Customization is possible, but sometimes requires technical knowledge or support from an experienced Maximo admin. Performance can also feel slow if your organization has a large database or many workflows.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Our team uses Maximo to centralize all maintenance activities, asset histories, and service requests. This helps reduce downtime, improves preventive maintenance scheduling, and ensures we are following compliance requirements. The system has also helped us track spare parts inventory more accurately, which reduces costs and avoids delays in repairs.
