- Real-time data and its deep understanding and analysis of assets, Maximo plays a crucial part in an organization's performance and achieving goals.
- Predictive functional checks, repairing, and replacing of devices.
- The Maximo database presents imperative statistics about asset resources, such as key attributes, their configuration, and their logical relationships to different resources.
- Ability to attach images, URLs, and maps to each task assigned for better understanding.
- Easy to track assigned tickets and their progress.
- Multiple tickets can be assigned at the same time.
- Android and IOS supported.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM Maximo Asset Management is a software where you can deal with your board life cycle. It can measure the framework of your executives.This software also helps you in in different kinds of activities for your business where you can manage the portfolio of your business this software can also integrate with your different kind of application which can be realate with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things that need to be improved by the developers that should be like some time when issuing the ticket, so the process takes so much time it's not a user-friendly software it's complicated to use for the first time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I'm solving by using IBM Maximo is that I'm making my sales operations to become easy for me. It reduces my effort. This software helps me in maintaining the best assets for my company

Full Access to Customize and Manage the Orders and Reports of assets.
It is fully automated with order requests and notifications and captures the fault in the system which manages the inventory.
It also helps to create the failure report to analyze the issue

It helps me manage the orders and inventory in the company to meet the production line requirement, and without any remainder to the supplier, it directly suppliers for order request

Simple and easy interface which makes it effective to keep the track of Assets and their Maintenance.

Report generation is a bit tedious and needs improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
IBM allows us to manage critical assets in the company, ranging from spare parts to vehicle and mobile equipement , IT Equipment. The big plus of Maximo is its predictive forecast and ability to manage inventory

The licensing model is hard to understand

IBM Maximo Review
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Maximo performs all the routine tasks of an IT team. Thus it helps in freeing up the IT team and involve them in more urgent tasks. Another great thing about IBM Maximo is the availability of user logs which enables a manager to check the applications that the user has accessed. Last but not the least, integration with SAP and Oracle finacial platforms has made our work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Maximo is a tremendous Asset management solution, it does not give us flexible features of case management, the change management process is also a bit complicated. The user interface is not also not user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am part of a product team where we use IBM Maximo to manage the critical applications of our Organization and also to monitor the applications/sites that users use in their daily remote activities. We are seeing the benefits of reducing our dependency on SAP PM. Maximo has saved us time and money over SAP PM.

If you are looking for an Enterprise Asset Management solution that also has a trusted brand name, then you can choose IBM Maximo.

The interence is very good and easily accessable across all platforms

So much options somtimes make it difficult software.

Issues of inventory managemnt. It helps in proper preventive management.
Great tool for Asset management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast it can audit or sort things out on the company. Including the assets we currently have and the in and out assets for the company. Basically, a great tool to be organized and punctual in managing the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but if you're not a big fan of the plain User interface. If you're into a more aesthetic kind, then it will not be appealing. But it gets the job done so not really a flaw for the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditing and organizing stuff on the company, basically sheets and excel is not enough for this kind of task so IBM Maximo is a big help to keep it up to date.

A must for a company with a lot of stuff going in and out.
