  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is focused on assets -- not tasks or people or cost . Everything is centered around the asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI. The UI is extremely outdated and it has become very difficult to sell to younger users who expect a modern UI and UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unplanned outages, planning and scheduling workforce, service desk consolidation. Reduced workforce, lower overall IT cost due to consolidation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Mobile Maximo usage

  • April 24, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Provides for a systematic method for analyzing data from maintenance activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity issues in remote locations leaves the technicians with a negative attitude towards the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning from a paper based PM system which provides zero insight into what is really going on. Benefits are still "in process" as we haven't fully made the switch to mobile.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't even think about customizing anything in the software. The product will meet most if not all needs and customization is the pain that will never stop.,
