it is essential for any maintenance planning operation
What do you like best about the product?
to have the ability to organize work and to plan your entire operations in one system. The reporting capabilities assit with analyzing data for future planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
a lot of training is required for a user to use the system effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing critical assets. Maximo gives us that ability to organize and plan for those ciritcal assets..

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo helps us with our day to day maintenance activities. I think it is wonderful and would not want to have another solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability for someone that has 0 technology background to start using Maximo for daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to capture the day to day activies in Maximo for our mainteance and pull out the desired data from the information that we put in.

The automation scripting and formulas have improved overall functions in maximo

Saml authenticating removed my ability to utilize MIF (MxLoader) provide a method to change the Mxintadmin to another user within the system

Integrations. MIF is good, but still limited in flat file formats.

Licensing is an issue. Too expensive for small organizations

the breadth of the offering and the quality of the partner community. I also appreciate the MUG commuity and the information available thru that network

Nothing. I believe the ability to have so many users available to share ideas and to understand the challenges of deploying the product have been invaluable
