Excellent Support, But Did Not See Desired Lift
What do you like best about the product?
Toonimo is a great concept that likely has significant value for other companies. Additionally, their technical and customer support was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data tracking on their platform was not easy to reconcile with our internal reporting. Additionally, we did not see the desired increase in conversion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were attempting to increase our conversion rate for a step in our funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Toonimo is most effective for multi-step funnels that are relatively simple, but not shorter funnels that require convincing the user to take the next step.

Simple integration, improves UX
What do you like best about the product?
Demo was easy to follow; on-the-spot walkthrough for customers decreases sales team time on phones
What do you dislike about the product?
no option for text based instruction only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales team is more efficient without having to answer FAQs on the phone, reduces customer confusion
