AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers three pricing groups. The Basic Toonimo License scales by user volume across five levels: 50K, 100K, 500K, 1M, and 5M users, each covering 5 use-cases. Onboarding Licenses scale by the number of use-cases you need, from 1 to 5. A separate option lets you contact Toonimo for a custom Enterprise Private Offer or dimension customization. You pick a tier based on how many users you guide and how many use-cases you deploy. All licenses are billed as a contract commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a "use-case" for billing on these licenses?
A use-case is one guided application scenario you build, such as an onboarding flow or a training path inside a specific application. Both the Basic Toonimo License tiers and the Onboarding Licenses count use-cases this way. Basic licenses include five use-cases; Onboarding licenses let you buy one through five.
What drives the cost difference between the Basic Toonimo License tiers?
The user count drives the price across Basic Toonimo License tiers. Each tier covers the same five use-cases but caps the number of users you guide: 50K, 100K, 500K, 1M, or 5M. You pick the tier matching your guided-user volume. The use-case count stays fixed at five.
How do the Basic License and Onboarding License differ in what they meter?
The Basic Toonimo License meters by user volume across five tiers, each bundling five use-cases. The Onboarding License meters by use-case count instead, sold in steps from one to five use-cases. Choose Basic when user scale drives your need; choose Onboarding to match a specific number of use-cases.

Simple and Intuitive Tool That Provides High Leverage for User Adoption and Self-Help Tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple and intuitive ability to implement on any number of 3rd party web-apps, whether or not you have access to the code. This tool is appears as a native tool within our SaaS products, and gives customers and/or our staff self-help tools. We especially like the voiceover capabilities, in addition to the standard walk-through functionality, which none of Toonimo's competitors offered. The on-boarding and implementation is provided with strong customer support, and Toonimo will help you build out your first walkthroughs to ensure successful adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytics tools aren't as fleshed out as one might like from an overall review perspective. You have to drill into a specific engagement instead of having an overall dashboard with all of the analytics. They do have the ability to retrieve the analytics data through an API though to your own BI tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing new customers with walk-through and self-help tools that can walk them through specific processes on our customer portal. Also using for digital adoption and to build walk-throughs and self-help tools for staff that is interactive and layered right on top of our SaaS products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely take the time to ask use case and scenario-based questions. Ask the consultant to show you how to do something in the demo environment to make sure you both understand your needs, and that the system actually fulfills that need. I would also take advantage of the free trial they provide to go in and play with the system yourself. It is a super intuitive system, especially building basic walkthroughs, so you can get a feel of what it will be like to build and maintain on your own.

What do you like best about the product?
For us, the key differentiator was the audiovisual guidance. we AB tested our on-boarding experience between Text Bubbles and audio and got great results with the audio! Toonimo increased our trial conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be great to have an internal collaboration functionality inside Toonimo dashboard to be able to leave comments to other team members about edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion from trial to paid, first-time on-boarding user experience, customer support reduction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
The experience of working with Toonimo has been a pleasure for me and the team, we were able to achieve all of our business goals with Toonimo and we are very happy with the vendor choice we've made.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it took us some time to get full control over the editor on the more complex walkthroughs creation, I wish there was a recording feature that would "invent" walkthroughs after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faculty training, employee training, students onboarding and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Love this tool, use it, and they have greatt support

What do you like best about the product?
I am a part of the team that builds the walkthroughs, it's intuitive and very easy to use, slick UX, we have a great relationship with the success team. Overall a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the layout of the text bubbles can be slightly improved. But overall I use it for awhile now and didn't have glitches with the product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prodcut onboarding for our SaaS customers end-users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall a great product that provides the value, we use to do everything through a different vendor and that didn't work well for us. Element detection is great, especially as we have HTML attributes that changes frequently. I recommend.

Fleetonomy uses Toonimo for onboarding - great tool

What do you like best about the product?
Fleetonomy is a SaaS solution and we use Toonimo for onboarding of our customers users. Toonimo has some super cool functionalities and the combination of audio-visual and text bubbles is great.
Rule engine is good, with every option we need including custom javascript. Coach marks library is also something cool we didn't see when we looked at other vendors. The element detection also works great.
Integration was also super fast
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to record a flow and then it auto creates walkthroughs on it. (something we used to have in automation testing softwares). Also we use Toonimo for multiple languages and with unique languages it sometimes takes around 3 business days to record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users onboarding is now smooth due to Toonimo. We track metrics like user engagement and conversation in some of our funnels and got some great feedback from end-users and good KPI results.
