Intuitive, Easy to Use, and Great for Connecting Employee Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive design, ease of use, connected with other employee accounts is a huge plus
What do you dislike about the product?
You should be able to code a connected coworker's charges if you're authorized on the account.

Effortless Expense Management with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Ramp helps our finance team by cutting down on the need to code transactions and track down receipts, making it easier to enter all expenses into our ERP system. I appreciate the workflow because it pretty much runs itself, and I find it easy to track transactions and run reports. It is incredibly helpful to have real-time tracking, especially when I need to pull reports of the top spenders. Additionally, the Ramp support team is awesome, always providing excellent support and customer service. The initial setup went smoothly, which was a great start.

Nothing! Works great for my company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp helps our finance team save time by simplifying transaction coding and receipt tracking. It makes entering expenses into our ERP system easier, and I love the real-time tracking and report running features. The workflow is smooth and customer service is excellent.
Seamless Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Ramp makes it super easy and fast to scan any receipt with just a photo or by forwarding an email, without needing to fill out forms. I also appreciate how it integrates into my email to find receipts and lets me easily share photos from my phone. As a user, I found the initial setup seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let me easily import personal credit card transactions to find unreported expenses. I wish it was easier to get MCP and API level access to data as a user and not an administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Ramp super easy and fast for scanning receipts with photos or emails. It integrates with my email to find receipts and easily shares photos from my phone.
Clean Expense Categorization from the Start—No More Fixing Banking App Exports
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to break out expenses into the proper accounts right from the start. No more journal entries in my accounting program just to fix what was exported from banking apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m still a relatively new user, so I haven’t come across anything I dislike about Ramp yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to add more detail and break out my expenses more easily, which makes everything clearer and simpler to track.
Effortless Expense Management with Smart Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Ramp because it makes managing work expenses very easy due to its automation and smart capabilities. I really appreciate its use of AI for automation, as it finds expenses on my card, auto-creates expenses, and accurately categorizes and fills in the details. The initial setup was also very easy since I just had to log in with Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a monthly summary email sent to me.

Effortless Expense Management with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Ramp. It's quick, easy to use, and incredibly intuitive. Everything feels streamlined, and the workflows just make sense, which saves a ton of time on the finance side. From its automation to real-time visibility, Ramp makes managing company spending feel effortless. The list of things I appreciate just keeps going. We haven't used everything that this software offers, but knowing that it has a lot of features we can expand to use in the future is also great. Anytime I swipe the card, it's automatic; I'll get an email and a text message instantly. I don't have to wait anymore for expenses to show up before uploading receipts. With real-time visibility, it makes it super awesome for those of us who don't like to wait. I want to be able to upload things right away so I don't forget because I have other tasks to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is something I disliked as it could have been user error. At the onset of using ramp we were given the link to set everything up. I went through all the steps and tutorials. I set the card up in my google wallet prior to receiving the actual card in the mail and tried to use it and that prompted the card to be deactivated and a second card issued. Honestly, I'm sure that was more of my fault because I wanted to use it already after going through everything and seeing how great of a product it was compared to Expensify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Ramp simpler and more efficient than Expensify, eliminating unnecessary complexity and manual work in expense management. Its automation and real-time visibility make managing company spending effortless, saving time and preventing receipt loss.
Accurate AI Features That Simplify Our Staff’s Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy and AI features to simplify processes for our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication on specific updates within the system. All of a sudden, things look different, and we have to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in coding, speed of submissions with AI, and ease of uploading receipts/documentation.
Seamless Credit Card and Bill Processing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Ramp handles credit cards and bill processing. It really increases the ease and speed of getting transactions into our accounting software. I also appreciate how once a vendor is set up, the information is automatically transferred to the next invoice from the same vendor, which speeds up the process. Everything went smoothly during the setup, and once things are set up, we haven't had any issues.

I find Ramp increases the ease and speed of getting transactions into our accounting software. I also like that vendor information transfers to the next invoice, speeding up the process.
Effortless Receipt Matching and Seamless Quickbooks Posting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of receipt matching keeps employee compliance at the highest I have ever experienced. I love being able to customize the policies easily and the interface to Quickbooks makes the coding and posting almost effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a little more of a toolset for the Admin to manage credit limits and card usage proactively - it would increase the ability of the Admin to improve internal customer service for their employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use is off the charts. Receipt compliance is so easy people almost enjoy it, which is weird. Being able to reduce accounting overhead for a huge block of small transactions is a blessing. I don't mind the cash back every month as well.
Effortless Receipt Submission, High Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Ramp is very easy to use, and I appreciate having different ways to submit my receipts. It helps me by easily detecting the details from my receipts, making the whole submission process much easier. The setup was very easy for me as well, and I have it both on my desktop and my mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems that there's a bunch of different ways that you can accomplish the same goal. I wish that was a little bit easier, but you figure it out, and then you can get it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp makes submitting receipts simple and easy so I can get reimbursed. It detects receipt details, streamlining the process which lets me get on with my day.
