Fast, Accessible, and Easy to Use with Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, very accesible. It loads fast when I'm usually in a hurry to use, it has never been declined. When support has been contacted (like once or twice) it's been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks a bit bland, like working a word document lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For company expenses across employees when traveling. Before using ramp, employees had to use their own money and get refunded a month later. With Ramp, we have a budget available from day 1 on our trips.
Easiest Way to Issue Funds and Track Receipts in a User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the easiest tool for issuing funds to collaborators and holding them accountable by collecting receipts in an incredible user friendly interface. Gathering receipts and invoices is automated having an Ai scan your email, or your gallery and matching receipts to expenses making the process much less tedious.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the menu is structured and finding settings and configurations is unintuitive. This affects the one in charge of the platform and not the users who use the cards, so it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating information and evidence between operators and accountants is a key problem that RAMP tackles very well. I tried Brex and Quickbooks for keeping track of receipts, but it doesn't work for operators.
With RAMP the app and the web platform make it easy to add receipts and invoices, as well as explanations about the transaction. Also, the app will use Ai to find a photo of the receipt on your iPhone gallery, making it a delight.
Issuing funds to colaborators with the right restrictions is easy. Sharing those funds acrross different teams and people is also easy.
The platform is fast, and much better than QuickBooks for tracking information on the transactions. And with the integration with QuickBooks, the notes on transactions get added to the description of a the expense on QuickBooks.
The onboarding was extremely easy. It integrates with Mercury and Brex to track your funds and issue you credit.
Pricing is onpoint and completely justifiable expense.

sometimes budget approvals get hung up. people needing to authorize forget, not sure they get appropriate reminders

Controlled Spending with Flexible Virtual Cards and Top-Notch QBO Receipt Capture
What do you like best about the product?
Controlled spending, isolating vendors with virtual CC's that can easily be changed on the fly, #1 Receipt Capture & Management into QBO!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning all the features, so don't really have an opinion here. I do like the NO cost part.

Effortless Expense Management with Ramp
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp is easy and integrated, which makes managing expenses hassle-free. The setup was very easy, giving me peace of mind knowing everything is covered. I also appreciate how smoothly all the expenses go.

I use Ramp for managing work meals, hotel, rental, and food expenses. It's easy and integrated, which makes all the expenses go smoothly and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is covered.
Effortless Receipt & Expense Tracking—Snap a Photo and You’re Done
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy system to record receipts and expenses. I like the fact that it just requires a picture, a note and you're done. And half the time it now uploads a digital receipt already! My husband would LOVE to have his company use it, but they're still working on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that because I only buy one type of item for our department, the process is pretty straightforward. That said, I can see how it would get more complicated if you were buying, for example, office supplies for one department and food supplies for another, since you’d need two separate receipts for each department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lost receipts no more! And no more having to tally up totals to make sure everything balances.
Efficient Expense Reporting for Remote Workforces
What do you like best about the product?
I honestly think it's really easy to upload a receipt with Ramp. It is connected with our platform, so as soon as I upload a receipt, it automatically processes everything. The vendor and other details are almost completely filled out, and I just double check to ensure accuracy. I only need to include a memo with the specific number for the client to be billed. For everything else, Ramp is pretty easy and straightforward to use. Once approved, I can see the reimbursement in my bank account within two days. Additionally, the initial setup of Ramp was pretty easy, with straightforward bank account verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for them to expand their countries to which the money can be sent to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to submit all my expenses in one place, including receipts and reimbursements, which helps me avoid mistakes and quickly receive payments directly to my bank account.
Ramp Brings Structure to Receipts, Bill Pay, and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has helped us organize our staff’s receipts and bring more structure to our bill pay procedures. We’ve also been able to use Ramp’s resources to analyze information and retrieve the data we need more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ramp has some complexity to it, and it doesn’t work seamlessly with Sage Intacct. That said, the Sage Intacct integration issue has been a minimal problem for me overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has solved the problem of chasing down receipts. We’re much more up to date than we were before, and it takes far less effort from our finance team. As a result, we’ve been able to use that time to focus on other projects that still needed to be completed.
User-Friendly Mileage Reimbursement That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly, and the mileage reimbursement feature has been especially helpful. Being able to track my drive time and mileage with the push of a button makes the process simple, accurate, and efficient. It has saved me a great deal of time compared to manual tracking methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the reimbursement detail section. It would be helpful to have a larger notes field where users can add more context about their travel, such as the names of the locations they traveled from and to, rather than only listing the addresses. That added flexibility would make expense tracking and review much clearer.

has simplified and streamlined the expense and mileage reimbursement process for me. Instead of manually tracking miles, keeping paper receipts, or trying to remember travel details later, everything can be logged quickly and efficiently in one place. The automatic mileage and drive-time tracking saves a significant amount of time and helps ensure accuracy with reimbursements. It has also made expense reporting more organized and less stressful, allowing me to focus more on my work instead of administrative tasks.
Trusted Expense Approvals and Easy Access to Cardholder Transactions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to look at any card holders transactions but I am also able to trust my managers to review and approve their staff expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the lag time when selecting an option in a field. This may be our internet speed and nothing to do with Ramp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the export of transactions, I can post over 75 entries in one quarter of the time it would take to manually enter every transaction. Once exported to csv, it is much easier to review transaction details.
