What do you like best about the product?
I like the all in one nature of Ramp, using them as corporate cards, and accounts payable has been incredible for our team. All of their UI/UX is really well done and their team is really great to work with, I've had support tickets answered by them super quickly, and that's been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the platform can be buggy. Not in any way that makes it un usable but in ways that do become frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp solved the problem of costly platforms that didn't have the functionality that we needed. So it's managing all of our Accounts Payable and Employee issued corporate cards. Which having all of them in a solution where employees feel the ease of use has been incredible.

Its super easy to use. Both desktop and app are very intuitive.

I really cant think of anything...Well, I had to replace my card once and our company shredder didnt like the card, lol.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Ramp because it's very simple and all the text is very natural. It makes it easy for me to know what my account balance is and enables me to get reimbursed very quickly. It makes perfect sense to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess it would be nice if I could get some prompts from Ramp telling me how much I have left in my account and then giving me some cues to submit receipts.

Ramp makes it easy to know my account balance and enables quick reimbursement with a simple interface.
