What do you like best about the product?

It's so easy to just take a picture of the receipt and leave a little note for the use and I'm done.

What do you dislike about the product?

When adding attendants to a purchase, it would be great to be able to create a team and be able to use that each time. For example: MVC Team with my staff under the team then each time I need to add I could just add the team and possibly delete who was not there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to update my purchases in real time.

it is easy to use, quick entering, easy tracking and can keep all my records and

What do you dislike about the product?

My company uses Ramp, and I keep track of my receipts when it happen so I no longer lost things to reimburse. The downside is 1) there are some required fields such as Events that I never use, but everytime I need select "None"; And I cannot use it in China, have to turn on vpn.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

day to day expense track when I am on business trip, easy to keep records and not missing anything.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Ramp is the combination of powerful spend management capabilities with an exceptionally good user experience. The UI/UX is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in a finance platform. It’s intuitive, clean, and makes everyday tasks like managing cards, adjusting limits, reviewing expenses, and tracking spend across multiple entities much easier.

The AI capabilities are also excellent and genuinely useful in day-to-day work, helping make processes faster and reducing manual effort.

Another major strength is how quickly Ramp evolves. New features and improvements are released frequently, including enhancements for multi-entity management. I also really appreciate how responsive Ramp is to customer feedback, both through Customer Support and the Ramp Community. You can actually see customer needs and suggestions reflected in product improvements.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are still a few bugs and limitations when working with our Israeli entity, which occasionally require manual workarounds.

The main area I would like to see improved is the budgeting functionality. Currently, it doesn’t fully support accrual-based budgeting or the proper treatment of prepaid expenses. For Finance teams managing budgets on an accrual basis, this can create a mismatch between Ramp’s budget reporting and the way expenses are actually recognized in the accounting system.

Better support for accruals and prepaid expense allocation would make the budgeting feature significantly more useful for financial planning and budget vs. actual analysis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp has helped us centralize and automate many of our spend management workflows, including corporate cards, expense tracking, receipt collection, approvals, reimbursements, and spend controls.

For the Finance team, the biggest advantage is improved visibility and control. We can adjust card limits and spending policies in real time, quickly spot missing documentation, and cut down on the manual follow-up that would otherwise be needed.

It also delivers a smoother experience for employees while still giving Finance the controls we require. The automation and AI capabilities reduce manual effort even further and allow us to focus on exceptions instead of reviewing every transaction one by one.

Overall, Ramp has made our spend management process more efficient, scalable, and easier to manage across multiple entities.

What do you like best about the product?

Customer Service! Ramp has the best customer service department ever! Next would be Accounting and integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’m an entrepreneur with some college-level accounting background, but I’m far from being an accounting professional. Even so, I still handle a large portion of the accounting and bookkeeping for our business. I’d really love to see Ramp start hosting presentations for those of us who aren’t accounting professionals but still have important accounting responsibilities. Maybe a "Ramp Accounting for Dummies" Zoom series or "Ramp Chicken Soup for the Entrepreneur Soul". I am giggling, but my request is genuine. :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp streamlines where all of our charge receipts end up. That's huge! No more dedicating hours and hours to chasing people down to collect receipts. And the integration with QBO saves MASSIVE amounts of time.

Ease of use, performance, pricing/ ROI, AI intelligence

What do you dislike about the product?

Support post implementation. There is little to no support provided post implementation and it takes a lot of time to get any response

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped reduce administrative burden for our operators and our accounting team - submission of expense reports has become very easy and efficient. Ramp continues to roll out more features on the product
