    Effortless Reconciliation and Stellar Support with Ramp

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Ramp for its smooth integration with Netsuite and how user-friendly it is. The support is great, and they add new features very often. It's also easy to capture receipts, and I value the integration with emails and vendor accounts. As a cardholder, I appreciate receiving SMS and emails that make it easy to add pictures and reasons, and the email integration gives the ability to search invoices or receipts and attach them. Plus, the initial setup of Ramp was really easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find the AI integrations complex. It's challenging to connect tools like Claude or ChatGPT. Also, user management isn't as refined as I'd like. It's tricky to control who has access to certain features without exposing them to all expenses or other features in one toggle.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Ramp solves faster reconciliation, smooth Netsuite integration, and funding account issues. I like its user-friendly interface, great support, frequent feature additions, easy receipt capture, and email integration that helps in managing invoices and receipts.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like using Ramp for our managers as their company credit cards because it allows us to monitor charges live and control spending by creating budgets. I really like the ability to create different cards for different spends, which lets each person in the company use their card for various things and helps us to monitor and control everyone's spending separately. The ease of tracking expenditures with Ramp in real-time without waiting until the end of the month for reconciliation is also great. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

    I can monitor charges live, control spending by creating budgets, and manage different cards for various spends, which helps us to track and control expenditures separately for each person.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that Ramp is a one-stop platform that enables me to manage all the procure-to-pay related functions. Ramp has a lot of AI features that allow us to automate and expedite many processes. I also appreciate that Ramp connects with NetSuite seamlessly, which eliminates the need for manual transaction import and export between the two systems. Additionally, Ramp is consistently launching new features and has a strong breadth of different features.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I've noticed that with Ramp consistently launching new features and products, the user interface sometimes changes and some of the options and menus look very different, which makes it a bit harder because the user has to figure out what has changed and how to continue with the processes. Additionally, there are occasional system issues that cause delays in closing the books or managing operations on time, likely because they are launching too many products at once. I would hope that Ramp manages the excellence of operations while they are also launching new features and products.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Ramp to streamline credit card activities, manage procure-to-pay and travel reimbursements. Its AI features automate processes, eliminating manual intervention. Ramp's integration with NetSuite speeds up financial reporting by connecting systems directly.

    What do you like best about the product?
    In the past, my company used the bill pay function, and it was very simple to use. It also made it easy to check whether payments or checks had been sent or received. Currently, our company uses the credit card function, and whenever we’ve run into issues, Ramp has been there right away to help us resolve them. I recommend Ramp for its ease of use and excellent customer service.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    At the beginning of starting to use Ramp, the menus weren’t very functional, and it was a bit irritating moving from one menu to another because if I tried to go back to a previous menu, I often had to start over from square one. On top of that, Ramp would roll out various updates to the website, so every now and then it became a hassle to figure things out again. It wasn’t a game changer for using Ramp, but it was still frustrating and annoying at times.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are not experiencing any issues at the moment with Ramp. Everything is working fine.

    You should be able to code a connected coworker's charges if you're authorized on the account.
