A standout feature for me is the Travel functionality. Booking flights and hotels, as well as managing travel plans, is seamless and straightforward. It’s also well integrated with expense management, which saves time and removes much of the usual hassle that comes with business travel. Having travel bookings and related expenses connected in one place makes reconciliation and reporting noticeably easier.

Overall, Ramp has improved our efficiency, increased visibility into spending, and simplified our travel management process. Ramp has helped solve several challenges I’ve faced with expense management, corporate spending, and business travel. Before using Ramp, tracking expenses, submitting receipts, and reconciling transactions was time-consuming and often required manual follow-up. With Ramp, much of that work is automated, which makes it easier to manage company spending accurately and efficiently.

The biggest benefit for me is how simple and easy the platform is to use. Expense reporting is fast, receipt collection feels seamless, and approvals move much more quickly than they did with traditional systems. I also appreciate the clear visibility into spending, which helps reduce errors and saves valuable time.

Ramp’s Travel features have made business travel significantly easier as well. Booking flights and hotels is straightforward, itineraries are easy to manage, and travel expenses are automatically tied to the right transactions. This removes a lot of the administrative work that usually comes with business travel and lets me focus more on my work instead of expense management.

I use Ramp for company order approval, documentation, and expense tracking, as well as assigning expenses to related projects. I appreciate how it makes accounting much easier by simplifying cost tracking, program budget, and expense calculations. The intuitive interface makes it easy to submit receipts, categorize expenses, and track approvals quickly. I love that it reduces back-and-forth by capturing most information in one place. It saves time and makes documenting and viewing expenses easier compared to manual processes, and it organizes the workflow to feel less administrative. The initial setup was very easy.

Some expense categories or approval requirements are not always obvious at first, requiring me to double-check. Receipt matching doesn't always work automatically, needing manual adjustments, which can slow things down when submitting several expenses at once. The notification or reminder flow could be more streamlined; it's sometimes easy to miss what action is still pending, especially with multiple expenses in different stages.

I use Ramp for order approval, expense tracking, and documentation. It simplifies accounting, cost tracking, and budgeting. It keeps the expense process straightforward, saving time by organizing and simplifying the workflow compared to manual methods.

Ease, Dashboard UI and Off course support is top notch.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maybe the company is pushing too many features, which makes it hard to keep track and keep up with learning them all. But that might just be me.

I really love the startup perks and the virtual cards.

I like being able to upload receipts from my phone to the app and the fact that Ramp identifies receipts for me and prompts the correct ones to link.

Ramp keeps me from having to spend extra time finding correct account numbers to associate with my expenses.

I find Ramp not that hard to use, which makes it user-friendly for me. I also appreciate the efficiency it provides in handling tasks like submitting a reimbursement request for my job. The initial setup process was easy, allowing me to get started without any hassle.

I use Ramp to submit expenses and get reimbursed. I no longer have to use spreadsheets to manage my business expenses because Ramp does it all for me. I like the intuitive and simple design, the worldwide card acceptability, and the AI features, such as auto-coding. I appreciate simpler interfaces and clean UIs, something that just works and works well, and that's Ramp for me. The initial setup was a piece of cake.

Nothing - feels perfect to me. I haven't found any!

I love how Ramp has simplified all our approval flows, bringing down our average approval time from a month to under a week. It has also reduced our AP costs and made expense tracking simpler and easier. The ease of use and financial tracking capabilities really set Ramp apart, and when you add in the cost savings, there's no product in the market that can beat Ramp today. Moving from Concur to Ramp felt like stepping into a resort after crawling through the desert, highlighting the significant improvements in sophistication and performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't know. Ramp is so much more sophisticated than companies like Concur when you move from Concur to Ramp the differences are so big that we really haven't found too many things so far that I would say Ramp needs to change. Maybe interact with Outlook or whichever calendaring application to see who you are interacting with as an appointment for an expense and fill in the expense when you take a picture for a receipt?

What do you like best about the product?

It' so intuitive and takes so much manual process off my plate. I spend very little time on my expenses and I have a lot due to sales travel. The Gmail integration you released creates even less work. Now that I have iOS upload, SMS, and inbox searching it's never been easier to get this done. If feels like your engineers have lived the life of a sales person with lots of small and large expenses that can pile up. The AI features aid in what is already a good experience. I rarely have delays in my reimbursements getting processed which helps me, its better performance than other platforms. With most everything being drag and drop and a good matching engine I don't have to manually scan pdf and jpeg files.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing really. I don't pay for it so I don't know the pricing structure but I would say it's worth every penny. Our CEO says that he would personally invest in Ramp and think its one of the best run companies around.

It just makes expense management a breeze and gives me back several hours a month. The AI support is so good I've never even had to call Ramp support.

I like using Ramp because it makes it really easy for our staff at the nonprofit to handle expense purchases and record receipts. The setup was very easy, actually very, very easy to set up.

I wish that all receipts would be automatically recognized and uploaded by the program.
