What do you like best about the product?

I use Ramp as a company credit card and find it super easy to use. The tool is great at recognizing the categories of payments, which makes it easy to justify expenses. The initial setup was super easy too, as the finance team handled everything, and I just logged in to use it.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it shows the wrong category of the payment, and sometimes the date of the document gets wrong, the system does not read it right.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp helps manage expenses, is super easy to use, and categorizes payments, simplifying expense justification.

What do you like best about the product?

Ramp is so easy to use, constantly updating with needed and unexpectedly useful features, and it keeps us efficient

What do you dislike about the product?

Our ERP is Sage Intacct and I wish there was a button to sync from Sage to Ramp. Adding card vendors is a task that I have to go back to later and it messes with workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp's AI agent capabilities are impressive and I can see it really taking off down the line to help our process. Its smart coding has taken me by surprise when I go to review a newly inputted bill and realize it already learned from last time. Coding of card transactions has been smooth too, love the ability to train it as I go. The addition of travel, 1099s, contracts, procurement, and budgets has been unexpected, but absolutely ties in. What do you like best about the product?

Ramp is cost efficient, easy to use and connects with my accounting system which makes all the transactions sync. It just makes sense to use Ramp to help your company build and grow.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate if you're not use to it yet. Just getting associated with the program is what I liked least.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp allowed me to put all the auto deductions from the bank directly into Ramp charges. That way I'm not constantly checking for withdrawals and balancing the bank account to make sure there's enough money moved around to cover aeverything.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like that Ramp makes it easy for me to upload my receipts for my job to review, approve, or deny. Ramp is an easy app to navigate, which makes my experience smooth. I especially enjoy the picture uploads and pre-typed memos; they're my favorite features. The initial setup of Ramp was also very easy, which I appreciate.

I can't think of anything other than sometimes it had a few glitches so I had to wait.

Ramp makes it easy for me to upload my receipts for my job to review, approve, or deny.

What do you like best about the product?

Ramp is especially helpful because it removes much of the friction and guesswork from expense management. The platform provides real-time visibility into spending, making it far easier to track budgets without having to wait for month-end reports. It also reduces the administrative burden: approvals, receipts, and categorization are largely automated, which saves time and cuts down on back-and-forth.

What stands out most to me is the control layer. You can set clear spending limits and policies upfront, which helps prevent unnecessary or non-compliant spending before it happens, instead of trying to fix issues after the fact. That shift from reactive oversight to proactive control is a major operational advantage.

It also strengthens accountability across teams because every transaction is visible and traceable in a single system, making reporting and reconciliation significantly faster and cleaner.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven’t encountered any major issues with Ramp so far, and overall it’s been smooth and easy to use.

The only challenge I’ve run into was when I made a purchase from a small or informal vendor who didn’t automatically provide a receipt. In that situation, I had to manually add an explanation in the memo field to complete the transaction documentation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp is solving the problem of fragmented and manual expense management. Before systems like this, tracking spending, collecting receipts, and reconciling transactions can be time-consuming and inconsistent, especially when relying on manual follow-ups and end-of-month reporting.

With Ramp, expenses are captured and organized in real time, which significantly reduces the administrative workload around expense tracking and reconciliation. It also improves visibility into organizational spending, making it easier to understand where money is going without waiting for delayed reports.

For me, the biggest benefit is reduced friction in day-to-day expense handling. Transactions are easier to document, approvals are clearer, and the overall process feels more structured and less reactive. It also reduces the risk of missing or unrecorded expenses because everything is logged at the point of spend.

What do you like best about the product?

I love Ramp's user interface; there's just something about it. I've used many financial technology platforms, and I find Ramp's auto matching feature particularly impressive. It matches receipts in my email inbox to specific expenses, which is fantastic. I love how easy it is to submit reimbursements and I just love how simple the platform is. Everything about it is much better than all the other platforms I've ever used for this purpose. The initial setup of Ramp was very easy, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like an integration with my personal email inbox so that if I'm using a personal account, like my Amazon account, with my corporate card, it can pull that receipt as well, so I don't have to manually upload it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ramp solves almost all pain points I had with expense management platforms. I love the auto matching feature for receipts in emails, making reimbursements easy and the platform simple.

What do you like best about the product?

It is very user-friendly. The charges are easy to identify and approve.

The expenses are uploaded frequently and review is instant. However, it can be overwhelming at times.

Ramp is much easier process then the previous system.

I like Ramp for its helpful integrations, including those with Uber, Lyft, and Gmail, which make my travel and expense processing much easier. Uploading receipts is pretty straightforward, and I appreciate that it automatically uploads and consolidates expenses in most cases. I can even set up policies tailored to different team members. I also find it super easy to activate and use the card, which simplifies the entire process. Overall, it makes managing my company expenses and travels hassle-free.

I use Ramp for automating payments and consolidations at month-end. The credit card integration simplifies my travel and expenses, uploading receipts straightforwardly with links to Uber, Lyft, and email. It setups policies for team members and automatically uploads receipts, saving me the hassle.

I like how easy it is to record charges and upload receipts.

The login process on my laptop can be a little tricky at times. However, it has gotten much easier lately.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

By saving me time by not having to do tasks later. I can record and upload in the moment within seconds!

The ease of uploading receipts and entering expenses is the best I’ve seen!

The only downside, if you can even call it a downside is that the search function is not as simple or intuitive as the rest of the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives excellent control over company expenses and management over individuals who have different spending habits. The ease of entering expenses rapidly makes this product better than any other I have used in the past.
