Effortless expense tracking, needs invoice sync enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Ramp for its capability in employee expense tracking using Ramp business cards, which are easy to issue and monitor. The AI assistant features in Ramp are particularly impressive, as they facilitate the precoding of expenses according to which card user is spending and allow for coding according to vendor, thereby simplifying the expense management process. I love that invoices through the Bill pay service sync effortlessly, which streamlines the workflow. The intuitive integration with our American Express bill further enhances efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of Ramp was flawless, making it a seamless addition to our financial operations. The combination of the card features and free AP services was a compelling reason for our switch to Ramp, as it adds significant value to our expense management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that marking invoices paid in NetSuite doesn't automatically mark them as paid in Ramp. This requires manual intervention which can be cumbersome. Also, I have to split invoices to match one invoice with two different POs for the same vendor. This necessitates creating duplicate invoices with modified identification, which is not efficient and could lead to data redundancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp to streamline invoice processing, automate employee expense tracking, and ensure compliance, which simplifies my financial management tasks.
Effortless Expense Management and Real-Time Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Ramp is how it simplifies managing company expenses. It is so easy to use Ramp. The ability to instantly create virtual cards, add funds as needed, and approve spending directly from the dashboard eliminates the hassle of waiting for paperwork to be processed. This not only saves a significant amount of time but also provides a transparent view of where and how money is being spent. The automatic receipt uploads and real-time tracking features are especially useful, as they remove the need to chase down receipts or wonder about the purpose of certain charges. Overall, Ramp streamlines and organizes the entire spending process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about, but a few minor issues do come to mind. Customizing the reports could be more straightforward. New users sometimes feel unsure about which card or budget to select when they first log in, which can cause a bit of confusion. However, these are just minor learning-curve challenges. Overall, this is still a significant improvement over how we managed expenses in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has significantly simplified our spending management, particularly because our corporate office is located far from most of our employees. Previously, providing staff with funds for supplies or minor purchases often resulted in delays, reimbursements, or waiting for someone at the office to process requests. With Ramp, we can now instantly create virtual cards, allocate funds, and approve expenses immediately—eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails or unnecessary waiting.
Additionally, Ramp has improved our budget control, as all transactions update in real time. Managers are able to monitor spending, set limits, and track receipts without having to follow up repeatedly. Overall, Ramp has made the entire process faster, more transparent, and much less stressful for everyone involved.

Efficient and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, efficient, and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I submit receipts, i do not like that I have to click into the details to change the fund number or project code. I would prefer that to be on the home screen with the receipt memo and upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of expenses, receipts, and budget allocations
Streamlined Reconciliation with On-Point Support
What do you like best about the product?

The ACH availability and the added savings account benefit are significant advantages that enhance my financial management experience. What I like best about Ramp is the ability to monitor my credit card statements and reconcile them in minutes instead of hours, drastically improving my efficiency. The simplicity of setting up Ramp was remarkable, with a supportive team and effective tutorials that made the transition smooth and stress-free. Ramp has transformed my financial operations by providing an effortless way to manage spending with comprehensive and easy-to-access information.

Seamless Spend Automation and Effortless Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Ramp is how seamlessly it combines corporate card management with powerful spend automation. The platform makes it incredibly easy to track, categorize, and control company expenses in real time. I especially appreciate how automatic receipt matching and real-time transaction alerts eliminate the need to chase down receipts or wait for monthly reconciliations. The integrations with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite are smooth and reliable, which saves hours during the monthly close process.
Ramp’s smart spending controls allow me to set limits by department, vendor, or project, ensuring that budgets stay on track without requiring constant oversight. The cashback rewards and built-in savings insights add meaningful value, almost like having a financial analyst monitoring company expenses. Beyond that, the customer support and overall user experience are excellent — the interface is clean, intuitive, and reporting is clear and fast.

What I dislike about Ramp is that, while the platform is incredibly powerful, some of its features still feel a bit limited when it comes to customization and flexibility. For example, certain reporting filters or expense categorizations could be more granular, especially for teams that manage multiple entities or complex budgets. The approval workflows can also feel rigid at times, requiring extra steps for adjustments or exceptions.
Additionally, while Ramp integrates well with major accounting platforms, occasional syncing delays or minor mismatches can happen, which require manual review. These aren’t major issues, but they can slow things down slightly during month-end close. Overall, the experience is still excellent — but there’s room for improvement in customization and fine-tuning for larger or more complex organizations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is solving the problem of inefficient and time-consuming expense management. Before using Ramp, tracking company spending, collecting receipts, and reconciling transactions at the end of each month required a lot of manual work. With Ramp, the entire process is automated — every transaction is instantly recorded, categorized, and matched with receipts. This has dramatically reduced administrative overhead and improved accuracy in financial reporting.
It also solves the problem of limited visibility into company spending. The real-time dashboards and spend insights make it easy to see where money is going, identify trends, and make smarter budget decisions. The built-in controls and spending limits prevent overspending before it happens, rather than reacting after the fact.
Overall, Ramp has helped streamline our financial operations, save time during monthly close, and improve accountability across teams. It’s not just a corporate card — it’s a full spend management solution that gives both finance teams and department heads more control and clarity over their budgets.

Great Features, But Too US-Centric
What do you like best about the product?
The receipt matching is pretty good. I use the Apple Pay card.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda US-centric, eg in the text message notifications. I still get lost trying to find which part of the menu each feature is located in. It doesn't seem possible to set up recurring employee expenses (eg my work covers my broadband costs and I have to submit a new reimbursemenet claim every time).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our company card, expense platform, and we use it for procurement and paying vendor invoices now. It's good to have a single place.
Ramp+ Streamlines Cards, Invoices, Reimbursements, Travel, and Treasury - for free (after cash back)
What do you like best about the product?
We use all of Ramp+'s functions. In Ramp: finance deploys policy via settings and custom approval workflows and and user hierarchy, accounting reviews and syncs transactions into our ERP, employees can procure spend and submit reimbursements, vendor contracts are stored and renewal/termination reminders are managed, vendors submit invoices that Ramp OCRs and auto enters data for based on our presets, credit card transactions are controlled with strict and specific limits, cash earns interest, payables are settled, and custom analytic tools help manage budgets. Ramp launches and refines features quickly. Cash back: Ramp pays for itself 2X. Implementation and ongoing admin is intuitive; only needed Ramp to set up the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but would love it if Ramp also did IRS 1099s and had FP&A / forecasting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Had multiple systems we had to administer and train employees on. Costs added up. Now all spend, travel, and AP treasury ops are in one place - for free (after cash back). Cards were risky but in Ramp one can limit card transactions to time, vendor, dollars, vendor category, etc. It saves admins, dpt heads, and employees time.
