Effortless Expense Management with an Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is truly impressive. Everything feels simple and streamlined, making the experience very user-friendly. I find it extremely convenient to email receipts, drag and drop them, or upload them directly. The user interface stands out for being clean, refined, and easy to navigate. Managing and reviewing expenses regularly is effortless. I especially appreciate the feature that clearly highlights items needing my attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few drawbacks to using Ramp. However, I do find it challenging to manage old expenses or canceled transactions. I have several transactions that remain open on my account, appearing as if they are still waiting for a receipt or a comment, even though these transactions were canceled or refunded months ago. In the past, such transactions would eventually disappear from my account, but these have lingered for many months, and I have not yet figured out how to remove them. I would appreciate a simpler way to either delete these transactions or mark them as returned or refunded so they no longer appear on my main screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool really simplifies the process of organizing, managing, and coordinating corporate credit card expenses, making everything much easier.

Effortless Expense Tracking and Seamless Notifications

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp is very user-friendly. It allows me to easily keep track of my receipts for company expenses. Most of my receipts are uploaded automatically now, so I don’t have to upload as many manually as I did before. I also receive a notifications whenever a transaction occurs, which is helpful because it ensures I don’t miss recording any transactions. Additionally, I get notified if I still have a transaction that hasn’t been submitted yet. I can also see when my reimbursements have been approved and when they are scheduled to be paid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Ramp automatically selects the accounts to which transactions are posted, so I need to double-check that the correct account is chosen before submitting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of all transactions, ensuring that none slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage operations for a nonprofit with Ramp, and I appreciate how it enables easy tracking of receipts and expenses. I like the simple processes for reimbursement, especially for things like gas mileage. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to submit receipts and request reimbursement. I like that it immediately sends prompts to put in those items and lets you know when everything is complete. The initial setup of Ramp was very easy, and I have had no issues with it at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no experienced anything with Ramp that I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp enables easy tracking of receipts and expenses for grant reporting and simplifying reimbursement processes for things like gas mileage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Ramp is quick, effective, and efficient, allowing me to see costs being spent immediately. I appreciate how easy it is to use, which lets us set up most of our people to utilize it in the moment and get receipts quicker. The initial setup was really simple and easy, and everyone was on board to help set up over 300 to 400 people quite nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just feel like if there's a charge that is brought up, like I have today, I have an Uber charge for $9.99. And I didn't even use the Uber card or use Uber ride share today. So I don't know how to really address how to, how to, dispute that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp is quick, effective, and efficient for expense management, letting me see costs immediately and helps our team use it on the go to get receipts faster.

Ramp’s AI Features Set the Standard in Finance Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Ramp has rolled out some of the best and most impactful AI features of any of the accounting and finance platforms that we work with. Nearly every feature that was lacking when we started with ramp two years ago has since been released and improved upon. Integration with Sage Intacct has been a breeze and works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that is missing would be administrators access to "try" other permission sets in order to help configure the platform for company-wide usage. Beyond that, the only disapointment has been with the international wire partner, Wise, which kept flagging a high percentage of international payments as suspicious. We had to discontinue using the international payments feature due to how burdensome it was becoming to provide supplemental support to Wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has been an easy to use platform that was enthusiastically adopted by our organization. It makes collecting receipt support and invoice approval simple and efficient. having one platform that syncs to our ERP system natively to handle both expense reporting and bill pay has made a world of difference compared to our legacy processes.

Intuitive and Fast Solution for Procurement and Expenses

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Ramp for over 4 years now across 2 employers and by far this program is the easiest, fastest, and most intuitive program for procurement, expenses, and reimbursements. I appreciate the multiple ways to file expenses, such as via mobile app, email, and web browser. The automatic receipt matching and automatic vendor tagging are really helpful. I particularly like the ability to forward receipts from my email. The mobile app is user-friendly and intuitive. It saves me time from having to deal with paper receipts; I can take a pic via the app and attach it, or if I get an electronic receipt via email, I just forward the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to edit trip dates with the mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for easy, fast, intuitive procurement, expenses, and reimbursements. It offers multiple ways to file expenses, automatic receipt matching, and vendor tagging. I save time by forwarding email receipts and using the user-friendly mobile app to snap pictures of receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Ramp's interface. It's more about transactions and not expense reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, there's a little lag waiting for updates made to line items in different transactions for them to save an update. Also the browser integration closes, and its often difficult to cut and paste the card when using virtual card numbers because the ramp box closes when you click out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp for planning trips and expense reports, making the process much simpler by eliminating formal reports. I just upload receipts and fill in key details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how incredibly easy and intuitive Ramp is to use. I've never had any issues with expense keeping, whether it's separating supplies for different clinics or keeping accurate records for travel expenses. The program's intuitiveness is fantastic and quite seamless for my company, which is spread out across the country, allowing us to maintain accurate record keeping and expense reporting without the hassle of extra meetings or tedious data input. It was also incredibly easy and smooth to set up, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I would like to see continuing to be emphasized and made important is security. Being that this deals with fund reporting, I want to make sure that it is always secure and up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ramp because it's easy and intuitive keeping of track of expenses. It helps me separate supplies across clinics accurately and maintain precise travel expense records. It also supports seamless integration for distant employees, reducing meetings and tedious data input.

What do you like best about the product?
Submitting expenses in real time is straightforward with this app, which is exceptionally user-friendly. The notification feature is particularly helpful, as it reminds me to submit expenses and makes it much simpler to track and manage company spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding participants to the company directory, it would be more efficient if the process were automatic through Active Directory. Currently, you have to manually add someone the first time if they have not previously been involved in the expense process within the organization.
