What do you like best about the product?

Super easy expense management, intuitive user interface, ability to forward receipts and have them pulled directly from email, AI in matching receipts and pre-filling in fields, ease of making corrections if assigned to the wrong budget code.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly nothing to dislike about Ramp. Amazing product!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated expense management and submission; budget allocations and restrictions, super easy to use (dont even remember if onboarding was even necessary beyond signing in!)

I love the integration of all details needed and I love the automation of approvals

I really don't have any comments here. I really am very happy with the product.

Organization and timely submission of business expenses

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Ramp is easy to use and everything I need is already there, so I just have to add the receipt and a note. It categorizes everything for me, which is super helpful. I also appreciate that Ramp locks immediately if I don't add my receipts or any pending documents, as it helps me stay on track right away. The navigation is very straightforward, which adds to the positive experience. Setting it up was pretty easy too, and it's pretty convenient overall.

What do you dislike about the product?

I guess locking it right away sometimes gives us some issues in terms of using it. And then if it's an emergency, you have to cram to basically get it unlocked. So sometimes we are not able to use it, and it gets delayed in, like, turning utilities on. Allowing you to be able to make transactions even if there's, like, pending expenses that have yet to get a receipt or had to be documented. That way, it won't allow bigger problems in terms of turning utilities or rental registrations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find that Ramp simplifies my accounting by categorizing expenses easily, allowing me to stay on track.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how fast Ramp is and the fact that it can be reloaded easily by my leadership team. It's very intuitive and makes it easy to upload receipts to prove what the purchases were for. Ramp is a really great tool, especially for my high-paced industry where I need to provide payments quickly without adding a lot of extra work. The quick and simple setup was also a big plus, making my experience with Ramp smooth and efficient.

It has satisfied all that I have needed it for at this time, so no complaints.

I use Ramp for customer experience, helping alleviate angry customers with gratefulness spending. It enables quick, easy payments without extra workload and is intuitive to use.

Overall, Ramp has made expense management a seamless part of our everyday workflow instead of a time-consuming administrative task.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only minor challenge with Ramp is that, given the number of features available, it can take some time for new users to fully discover and utilize all the capabilities. A more guided onboarding experience or additional tips within the platform could make the learning process even smoother. Other than that, the overall experience has been extremely positive.

Ramp is solving the everyday challenges of expense management by bringing everything into one streamlined, transparent, and efficient platform. It reduces the time spent on manual tracking, approvals, and reconciliation while giving teams better visibility and control over spending. The automation, real-time insights, and ease of managing company cards help eliminate unnecessary friction and allow us to focus more on productive work rather than administrative tasks. Ramp has made financial workflows smoother, faster, and much easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Ramp for all business-related purchases and find it very user-friendly. I love the text message feature because I can easily upload receipts immediately after purchase. Ramp sends me a text message prompt, saving me time and energy. The initial setup was very easy, and I rate my experience a 10 out of 10, indicating I am highly likely to recommend Ramp to a friend or colleague.

What do you dislike about the product?

There was one situation where my card was stolen and used for unauthorized purchasing. The app still required me to upload a receipt, though I did not have one due to the situation. Maybe if there was a way to flag a purchase as unauthorized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Ramp for business purchases, finding it user-friendly and easy to track expenses. The text message feature lets me upload receipts instantly, saving time and energy.

So easy to keep my purchases up to date for accounting. And I love how they can go and get my Amazon receipts,

No problems at this time.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Ramp for expense reporting, and I can submit my business expenses in real-time without having to create an expense report afterward. I can respond by text to expenses that appear on the card right after a transaction is complete. If needed, I can take a picture of the corresponding receipt, and the transaction is validated without any further action needed. Switching from Concur, I find Ramp faster and easier to use. The initial setup process was straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish text notifications would indicate if a receipt upload is needed.

I can submit business expenses in real-time and respond by text to card expenses immediately, even validating transactions with receipt photos.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consolidating expensing and reimbursements. Their AI features simplify much of the manual input process. Being able to create virtual cards to manage spend against certain budgets is great.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use, and it gives each employee ownership over their own expenses within their budget.

What do you dislike about the product?

We seem to have to reconnect it to our bank account regularly.

RAMP helps me get reimbursements processed quickly, and it provides a quick way to process credit card expenses.
