Seamless Email Receipt Integration That Keeps My Finances on Track
What do you like best about the product?
The very best is integration with my work and personal email accounts when I get a digital receipt! I also love that it asks for a photo of hard copy receipts; this incentivizes me to process finances right away rather than letting receipts pile up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little aggressive about the frequency of making me log back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the classic guy who lets receipts pile up. This cuts down on that, without an administrative assistant having to ask me what every receipt is for (at which point I might as well do all my own processing).
Effortless Receipt Management, Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Ramp is to use, whether I'm using my computer or texting. It saves me a lot of time by letting me just take a picture of a receipt and write a memo, and then it reconciles everything for our accountant. I can easily track my spending and even lock my card if I'm on a trip. The security feature to lock the credit card is great for peace of mind. Budgeting and reconciling receipts are made as simple as clicking, allowing me to focus on bigger tasks. It's so efficient, helping me save time which I can put towards my job.

Ramp streamlines my work by simplifying receipt reconciliation and spending tracking, giving me more time. Its ease of use, including security features like card locking and budgeting, allows me to focus on more important tasks.
Ramps AI Makes Invoice Predictions and Edits Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Ramps AI feature is fantastic for making predictions on different fields in the invoice. It is easy to make adjustments and add or remove line items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I’ve found most hindering is the copy-and-paste feature. It’s very difficult to select and grab the exact content I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp has helped improve both the accuracy and speed of our invoice processing. It’s been especially useful for large, high-volume clients where there are many fields that need to be filled in with the right information.
Intuitive, Clean UI with Powerful Flexibility and Easy Receipt Uploads
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use! User interface is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to navigate. Form fields record all the details we need and no more! Ramp also has powerful different functionalities to flex and accommodate different scenarios that our team encounters. The text or email to upload a receipt function is especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Ramp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old expense management system was clunky, slow, and out of date. We had to compile our expenses into monthly reports which slowed down submissions and caused a backlog of work for our finance team. Ramp allows us to submit individual reimbursements which has sped up the process considerably.
Intuitive Platform with Comprehensive Help and Efficient Support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very intuitive. The help on the platform is comprehensive. The support staff is very efficient with helping as well. Overall, great process improvement by switching to RAMP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little to no human assistance is needed, and that’s actually a great thing!

Easy Receipt Entry with Handy Text Updates
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to enter receipts, and I find the text updates pretty nifty. Customer support was always a pleasure to interact with... and take it from me I had my card compromised and they were quick and efficient in helping me secure my account. They had it secured, new card issued before my company notification reached the top level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system fails to recognize a receipt even when it’s clearly the correct one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They’re taking the pain out of expense reporting, and they’re doing a bang-up job of it, too.

How easy it is to bill pay tons of vendors

The time it takes to process invoices is slow sometimes.

I love the reminders sent for transactions and the ability to very easily upload any receipt to the documentation. The prompts it gives around how to categorize expenses right through the mobile app make it so easy.

Ramp makes travel reimbursements easy, simplifies document uploads, and provides prompts for categorizing expenses via the mobile app.

The text receipt option is very helpful!

The reminder notification can be quite annoying, but I understand it's necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp keeps everything up to date, so I no longer have to find invoices and receipts.
Effortless Expense Management and Streamlined Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Ramp makes it super easy for my employees to upload their gas receipts, which means I don't have to worry about hunting those down. It's also much faster for reimbursements, which is great for my employees. The app also lets employees take pictures of their gas receipts along with their mileage and upload everything at once, which simplifies the process. I appreciate how Ramp has replaced several different products we used before, like individual credit cards and gas cards, and it has improved our manual expense forms, making it easier to manage everything in one place. Additionally, the setup was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Ramp.

I use Ramp for various expenses like gas, reimbursements, and monthly purchases. It simplifies tracking receipts by sending text reminders and allows uploads online or via email. It replaced multiple products, streamlining our expense management into one place, and speeds up reimbursements.
