What do you like best about the product?
General easy way of use and nice visual presentation of all clients.

It does not show all of my client computers in single dashboard. Ad360 and EPplus have separate web console.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the centralized cloud portal for reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems if we use panda to update software releases, it is reflected immediately in the portal, if users update their software then it is reflected less frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting internal and customer compliance requirements, makes management feel more secure

What do you like best about the product?
From our perspective, it does a good job on endpoint threat reduction, and it runs seamlessly with minimal administrative actions required. The web filtering piece is easy to set up and is very effective at keeping our users off of sites they should not be on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really don't have any issues with the product. Users sometimes complain about a site being filtered when it should not be, but that has become very rare. Where needed, we can put exceptions in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The endpoint software creates a first line of defense for our users on outbound traffic. Since it requires little administration, it suits the needs of a small IT department without a security officer position.
A kind of 0 trust security solution
What do you like best about the product?
The mechanism is excellent, the solution (in my case AV+EDR) blocks everything it doesn't know, every software not known is blocked and sent to an internal sandbox, after analysis if the software is goodware, it is automatically unlocked. This process cause a little percentage of false positive that automatically resolve after few hours of analysis but in this way it prevents unknown threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is slow in responding, since Panda was acquired by Watchguard, the response times have increased a lot.
Sometime the support itself is unable to solve some issues, addressing them to other reasons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the solution for three main reasons:
1- Antivirus
2- Endpoint Detecton & Response
3- Asset Inventory
It permits us to have a full visibility of the company assets (where the agent has been deployed: client and part of server)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the past I used a lot of AV or EDR solutions, some were better others worse about detection or prevention but finally I strongly recommend Panda Adaptive Defense 360 because it is very easy to use, it grants all the services offered by an AV+EDR and it is based on 0-trust security, granting that all it is executed is a goodware, otherwise, if malware or not a known software, it will not be executed.
I'm using PAD360 for many years. Good dasboad and easy to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Panda is an easily accessible antivirus, I can have it on my laptop or mobile with all security, it is not heavy at all and its workflow is quite light. It offers good tools for understanding usage, which is great, however it's pretty easy to customize. It broadly covers all of my devices and works centrally to increase our control over looming threats. It provides security and excellent management for the protection of my devices, it is a really powerful antivirus that analyzes, registers vulnerabilities and helps to eliminate any virus that threatens the security of all my work data.

So far it has worked particularly well for me, each feature is really efficient, I have nothing negative to contribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has brought to my work the best benefit of all: providing security and protection to all our personal and work data.
We no longer have the anguish of being aware that something may happen, since Panda will always be active, in a constant analysis so as not to miss any type of virus or threat that could break the security of our work system. The tranquility of having all your information secure is undoubtedly priceless.

I recommend it because it is a reliable, lightweight and fairly secure antivirus.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a quality antivirus, with its EP and EDR solutions, it quickly detects with a thorough analysis any threat that may be lurking in my work system. It integrates this solution and gives me complete control over the entire study of the system, it is present throughout the execution process, as well as preventing and reducing the number of threat attacks.
It is possible to configure and adjust the entire system as necessary, just as I need it, customizing the system for greater comfort in my work.
Its interface is quite practical, it has the necessary tools to do a complete analysis, based on the cloud, managing vulnerabilities and detection of intruders.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem is false positives, it can detect an important folder or some USB that enters my PC as a threat, then solving the problem is quite annoying, it slows down my work and brings with it other annoyances or fear of losing important data due to a false one alarm, I think it is necessary to improve this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a powerful antivirus, since we use it our entire system is free of any threat that may haunt our work, it always prevents any vulnerability being one step ahead of any attack, in this way we manage a quick solution and in our system we never a virus manages to enter completely. This really is a privilege, to ensure that our work system is always clean, with all our information protected. We did not trust any antivirus, but since Panda came, it has been our most accurate solution and our support to keep our information always safe.

I recommend it because it is the most practical antivirus system I know, with a wide detection system and complete tools to make everything work correctly. It has brought multiple benefits to my work team, all the departments of the organization are happy with so many effective solutions. Test it!
Essential antivirus for threat detection
What do you like best about the product?
It is an ideal antivirus, complete and quite useful, it contains each and every one of the security functions, maintaining protection on all my devices. It contributes with agility and alert to any vulnerability of the system in this way we manage a preventive program against any threat against my devices, this brings with it the rapid search for effective solutions. All this safety function has allowed me to take a much more fluid job, without any impediment. EDR solutions have been involved in order to carry out an impeccable antivirus management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can throw some false alarms which is annoying and a bit efficient, it usually takes folders or files in good condition and notifies them as an error, which is not true since we verify this truthfulness manually. Such notifications are usually a problem and delay the agility of our work. I would like to find much easier ways to solve this error and that notifications are always clean and correct.

Since we implemented Panda Security we have been able to manage all our devices in a fluid way, always obtaining the maximum functionality of these. Thanks to the software, we are always in constant prevention against any threat, and thus we are aware of the correct form and the precise moment to apply all the precise solutions. On the other hand, it is important to note that each of the members of the work team are now in constant synchrony in all the work we do, in a complete commercial coordination, and all this is thanks to the ability that Panda gives us maintain always secure all our important files.

You may have some bugs running on Windows 10, for instance, because our anti-virus blocks a program which we are trying to use because it considers it to be malware.
