Ideal solution that will allow us to grow and grow with us
What do you like best about the product?
When we started the procurement process for our new CMS/DXP solution there was several key goals we had, one of which was to empower our business users to create new pages and content without the involvement of our tech teams and limited involvement from our ecomm ops team. Several weeks ago we noticed that one of our regions had published a brand new landing page with new elements and layout without any support from tech/ecomm ops!
As part of the consumer advisory board, we are really excited to see what upcoming features will be available for our tech team and content creators to use! The visual editor will allow us to move forward quickly on creating new marketing content directly in Contentstack.

What do you dislike about the product?
While highly rated the platform is still somewhat early in it's lifecycle, so if you're a large enterprise it's still building out features you might expect. However, their composable headless framework mitigates some of that concern and differientates them against their traditional CMS competitors.

Contentstack is helping us move from a homegrown headless CMS to an enterprise level platform. They are helping us go beyond building a web site to creating a modern digital platform that will allow our team to address both business and customer requirements.

User friendly. Simply select the content model you want and where you want it then fill in the content. Then after you have put all the content models together, you can publish to a sandbox and see how they all look before going live.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes technical know-how to implement and build the different content models. And if there was an error made at the building stage, it will refelect in all subsequent use of that content model. And instead of being able to fix it, you may just have to build a new one from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A very solid option for a headless CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use which makes the flow of creating content-types/pages really simple. Along with the UI being easy, the API's are also easy to use to fetch/manage content and the documentation to support it is very well written. They do a great job of listening to feedback and they continue to keep building out great products to support your projects. The support is very responsive and has been super helpful along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
While some of the UI is simple to use, I think their could be some improvements on the usability side when working in a content-type. Tap/drag targets are somewhat limited. I also wish their were a few more variations of walkthroughs for product integrations that come from the Marketplace or from custom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack replaced our old CMS which was very much a 1-to-1 option so building templates was very strict. With Contentstack we're able to build a website the way we want and use the same content-type/modeling for various templates/pages because the headless approach is much more flexible with the front-end development.
Quick and easy to learn! Quick and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
For us, Contentstack has changed how quickly we can execute our workload. It takes half the time it used to and we can push our changes and see them right away. We love the versioning and being able to go back and compare changes or see what was on the page a year ago. We love how they continuely update the tool and come out with new advancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far for us the only dislike would be previewing changes for a certain date. We have found workarounds for that but it isn't as simple as all the other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly updating our site pages and merchandising.
