Contentstack is a great and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The new UI is really smooth and improved from the older experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Translation management could be improved to be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We store long form content in ContentStack for our services. It was easy to integrate in the first place and it solves all of our requirements right now.
Simple & easy CMS but more to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, direct and easy to use, supports SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of layers in publishing. Rough start, but once you master the know-hows, it will be easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing into mobile apps
Great system, very flexible, but takes some getting used to
What do you like best about the product?
Interface has improved and flexibility for developers is very good. Users will need to know what areas to interface with to make updates and changes, but once mapped out it's very good for content implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still several areas that are "closed" when a user enters to make changes or create new content. Tracking, for example, is on a single line of closed content with the same color background as the interface, very easy to overlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once the user gains sufficient experience the system is actually fairly intuitive and making updates can be both fast and easy to execute. Being able to set up multiple content areas and schedule changes in advance is a critical feature for our use.
Smooth and Faster
What do you like best about the product?
More user friendly Releases got introduced where users can work seamlessly with Releases without navigating to and from between entry screens and Releases screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately we are seeing more UI changes sometimes causing performance issues are something breaking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Headless CMS, separating contnet and presentation
Headless CMS simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to Customize the dashboard with various extensions, mission control, documentation, and low-code or no-code APIs, along with an ever-growing marketplace of extensions, languages, sites, scalability, availability, environments, webhooks etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients migrating from Legacy CMS applications may find Contentstack's reference publishing feature and Dashboard navigation lacking specific controls.

Cencora User Contentstack Review
What do you like best about the product?
Contentstack has a very intuitive and easy to use UI which allows me to get my work done in a timely manner. The layout of features is easy to navigate and allows for efficient configuration, definition and implementation across all features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across much that I dislike about Contentstack. Some of the documentation seems to go out of date and may need to be refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contenstack is acting as a central media store as well as text content store. We are allowing a user set to manage content as they see fit, while our application UI places that content on our webpages.
Not a great content management solution
What do you like best about the product?
It hosts our website, so that's a good thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be fair, I don't know if a lot of my challenges arise from Content Stack as a CMS or the agency that built the website, but it has been riddled with bugs and breaks constantly. It's not super user friendly and the way the components are set up it makes it confusing to build new pages. Also, it takes a very long time to publish. Sometimes hours. It's impossible to work in real time because of this issue. I would not recommend this system to anyone, unfortunately. Again, not sure if it works well for other people but our agency did not do a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hosts our website. Now people can see we have a digital presence.
Pharmacy program Specialist
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick published. I use contentstack every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have option to upload bulk article.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of the using and publishing. I love how it easy to just click and upload.
Easy, fast and hassle-free CMS
What do you like best about the product?
It is a straightforward software and easy to figure out. The Ease of Integration with Other E-commerce Software makes it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe one thing I can mention is that because it is very easy to use at the same time it is vulnerable to risk data removal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to amplify the location of the content in our webpage.
Easy to use for marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to find where everything is. Every page is set up basically the same so you can duplicate and organize your elements on each page quickly. I also really like the modern and simple UI because it's easy to the eyes. I don't have an extensive background in web development, so Contentstack makes it a breeze to update our website and publish blogs. I've ran into some minor issues before, but the support team is super responsive and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems base features are not super customizable, you really have to explore different partners in their ecosystem to be able to do more sophisticated things. Minor complaints from me are that there are some inconsistencies in what you can or can't do in certain elements (ex. being able to hyperlink in one text box but not another). This might be an issue in other CMS platforms as well, but I wish Contentstack would be able to publish quicker or at least show a preview quicker without having to refresh or wait for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack helps me with collaborating with my marketing team members when we are working on a new product page or blog together and it also makes it easy for me to publish pages without a web development background or having to ask one of our dev team members. I did not need too much training when I first started using Contentstack, so learning curve barrier is not too high.
