Automating the messy stuff behind the scenes
What do you like best about the product?
The data sync and automation tools are game changers. I love how easily we can clean up properties, keep records aligned, and build custom workflows without needing dev time. The built-in flexibility is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features (like custom code actions) can feel intimidating if you’re not technical, and a few things are locked behind higher-tier plans. But once you get the hang of it, it’s super powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to spend way too much time cleaning up data, fixing sync issues between tools, and manually updating records. HubSpot Operations Hub has taken a lot of that grunt work off our plate.
Easy to use, effort to customize, great value
What do you like best about the product?
I like ease of use and how deals can be seen in different views. There are a ton of filtering options which make hygiene less of a problem. Reports are also easy to produce. Connectivity with our email system (G-Suite) works without a hitch, enabling tracking of communication across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports and dashboards is too complicated, with too many options, and there should be sales-driven reports/dashboards already available as templates. There is an AI feature that is learning, and hopefully it will be better.
One thing I dislike is the lack of a cloning option for tickets. When you have to recreate multiple tickets, there is no option to clone/copy, which can take hours from your week.

I like HubSpot Operations Hub best for its powerful data sync and automation features, which streamline business processes by connecting apps and ensuring consistent, up-to-date customer data across platforms. One drawback of HubSpot Operations Hub is that its advanced automation and data sync features can be overwhelming for smaller teams without technical expertise. The pricing for higher tiers may also feel steep, especially when only a few features are needed. Custom integrations, while powerful, sometimes lack flexibility compared to dedicated integration platforms. Additionally, real-time data syncing may occasionally lag with certain external systems. The learning curve can be steep for users new to workflow automation.

HubSpot Operations Hub solves the problem of scattered, inconsistent data across tools by syncing and standardizing it in real time. It eliminates manual data entry and repetitive tasks through powerful automation, saving time and reducing human error. The data quality tools clean and format information automatically, making reporting more reliable. For us, this means smoother team collaboration, more accurate insights, and faster workflows, all of which lead to better customer experiences and smarter decision-making.

Oh, it´s just fairly easy to use Hubspot. It´s simple to integrate with third parties like LinkedIn, Aircall, etc.

Nothing really, it´s a preferred CRM software for me

It centralizes all customer data and helps me stay on top of my sales process.
Operations Hub is extremely powerful and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Sync data between systems and automate processes easily. HubSpot workflow tool is easy to use and offers a wide variety of objects, triggers, branching, delays, actions, etc. You can automate regular tasks to free up time for your sales reps and so much more.

No current downsides from using Operations Hub.

Organizing and cleaning data to sync between other systems and reporting. Getting leads qualified and routed to sales as quickly as possible. Leveraging AI to enhance job openings on our website. Automatically send emails and SMS to prospects.

It is user friendly and features are helpful in growing your customer relationships

I think for some small businesses they might find it expensive however you can certainly get a positive return on investment

It really improves how you manage data and keep a clean CRM.

It is a total cash grab on their part. Hubspot is hard to justify increasing the cost for in SMB and mid-market. Ops Hub is their way to address growing business needs with a bunch of functionality that we were using other tools to do.
Its hard to make the business case for more funds to remove manual tasks when many SMBs don't have it and Mid-market want to switch to Salesforce.

We have contacts coming in from a variety of sources and we use Ops hub to fill in the blanks and keep everything formated for personalization.
Needlessly complicated and focussed on upselling
What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive and the cloud access is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to customise to our needs with a lot of unnecessary features to navigate that hinder rather than help. Clunky and slow user interface. Expensive to get customised. Not worth the money for an SME.

I'm afraid it is so complicated to use that we just don't use it.
Swiss army knife of CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
Just like the title, this is the swiss army knife of CRM software. Everything is in here, easy to use and easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it had a dialer, this would've been more awesome!
