Ease of intergrating data and create workflow according to customer lifecycle in HubSpot.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user-friendly and precise report creation and tracking of customer/ client lifecycle. Ability to integrate with many apps for smooth work. Ability to customize tickets, tasks and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing that has posed a con from HubSpot Operations Hub for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Data is recorded in one place and is easily manageable. It can used to interpret any reports, trigger tasks or tickets for a precise or streamlined workflow. This makes it easier to manage a task.

1. It makes the entire flow of your company easy

3. You can easily send emails without using multiple tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Hard to understand

Managing Tutors, Students under sthe same platform and keep the database, automated marketing emails etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflows continue to improve and custom coded actions make the cieling infinite

Some workflow actions are possible thru custom coded actions but really could be out-of-the-box functionality

Taking mundane tasks for humans and freeing them up by having a machine do it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to really own your data in HubSpot is vital to growing and large orgs. Ops Hub allows us to support clients in keeping their data clean and managing it thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still early on for Ops Hub. It will continue to grow and become more robust. It is also fairly expensive when you get to Pro and Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep data clean and build and manage integrations.
A Game Changer for Data and Process Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies data management by ensuring all your business apps are connected and in sync, which reduces manual work and keeps everything up to date. For growing companies, this is a huge time saver, allowing teams to focus more on strategic tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it’s incredibly useful, there is a learning curve for new users, especially when it comes to setting up more advanced automation workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're already using HubSpot’s CRM, Operations Hub adds tremendous value by unifying your processes and ensuring data accuracy across the board.
Really good for formatting and reviewing data
What do you like best about the product?
The tools this offers is massively beneficial, especially for programable automation, data sync controls and data quality workflows. These are really simple and easy to set up, with support on hand in case you get stuck!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be time consuming to set up all of the workflows for data management, but is massively rewarding when its working in the background!

Data quality and programmable automation
Has been a help with data syncing.
What do you like best about the product?
Has helped with syncing data from our NetSuite account and syncing data from those previous account and contacts. We've been testing the automated workflows as it is easier to create them and implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thought it would be more helpful with clearing duplicate data. We stil have mass amounts and thought this would be a type of solution to solve that.

Solving syncing data of accounts and contacts. Setting workflows for contacts that are being added into our CRM
HubSpot | The Most Effective & Efficient Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I love is the fact it does not require coding skills. It's basically just plug and play. All the information and guidance you need to get started for the first time and keep up with the new tools is offered free by going to HubSpot Academy. The academy offers free online courses to learn all things HubSpot and list of all it includes captions for those who require accessibility like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem complex and unorganized but once you get the hang of it you'll pick up and be able to set the operation framework that aligns with your company and goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to set up workflows where we can work smarter with automations without needing a developer to help code an automation.
