Super helpful automation features
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for us is being able to use custom coded workflow actions. We are able to accomplish a lot of really cool things using that in our automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The datasets are not as helpful as I would like them to be. Making an aggregate calculation is incredibly difficult to do in any meaningful way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to custom code workflow actions to do things like validate email addresses, connect to external systems, automate merges, etc.

Real time tracking of the all the activities

It doesn't show how much time a prospect has spent time on reviewing the document which shared to them

It is providing us real-time updates regarding were are we currently standfing when it comes to our revenue generation and operations and also streamlining everything through a unified platform
Hubspot makes easy work of organizing everything!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization that Hubspot allows is wonderful. They make it very hard to drop a client or to forget a meeting. The ability to connect with my calendar, email, and other platforms makes Hubspot essential piece of Business Management.

At first it was a little difficult to put in to every day use. But it did not take long to figure out this platform and put it to good everday use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and organization. This saves me loads of time everyday and allows me to easily see my teams' progress.

Its tailored adaptation to various types of queries and channels, coupled with workflows featuring script calls to customized tools.

Despite its added value, it's challenging for users/companies to perceive its benefits at first glance, leading many clients to reject the solution initially. We've noticed that it's primarily SaaS companies and those with a strong online sales presence that tend to adopt it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
primarily by providing tailored integrations that streamline our processes. One particularly beneficial aspect has been our utilization of custom integrations with webhook calls. This feature has allowed us to seamlessly connect HubSpot with other tools and systems, facilitating efficient data exchange and automation. As a result, we've experienced improved workflow efficiency, reduced manual effort, and enhanced data accuracy, ultimately benefiting our overall operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The best strength of HubSpot Activities Center lies in its capacity to unify and smooth out functional cycles inside the HubSpot environment. Operations Hub gives teams the ability to optimize workflows, increase data accuracy, and drive better decision-making across the departments of marketing, sales, and customer service by providing features like data syncing, automation, integration and enhanced reporting. It has a nice Customer Support section and communities, which makes it easy for us to implement our ideas and get our queries solved. Hence I am a frequent user of HubSpot and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the complexity of establishing advanced workflows and integrations is one aspect that could be simplified. While the stage offers powerful capacities, designing complicated tasks in some cases requires a precarious expectation to learn and adapt and may require extra preparation or backing assets to use its potential completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, HubSpot Operations Hub serves as a valuable tool for businesses seeking to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth, albeit with some initial learning challenges to overcome. HubSpot is my major expertise and I the maximum amount of projects I do for web designing and development are using HubSpot CMS .
