HubSpot Operations makes running a business easy and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
By far, my favorite part about HubSpot Operations Hub is the workflows feature that allows me and my team to automate processes like importing, subscribing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish were available on the Operations Hub is the ability to create associations between individual contacts instead of just between contacts and companies. I work in a space where creating family groups in an easy way would be extremely beneficial and the current process is too complicated for us to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations Hub makes it super easy for us to migrate data and import valuable insights so that we are able to migrate our clients into our accounts in a matter of days

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily build reportsw which reference multiple different objects. Ease of creating valuable insights without having to take data into excel. Where data cleaning is necessary it's easy to do via workflow or bulk select.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting features are slightly limited and for more detailed insitghts we need to take data into Tableau. Workflow actions also limit us in some ways meaning we need to fire webhooks to zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having multiple different data sources which need to be cross-referenced. It's benefitting us by saving our small team lots of time generating insight and also allowing us to automayte where nit possible before.
Great Automation, An Absolute Must for All HubSpotters
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is easy to use. Lots of accessible data. Permissioning is decently robust. If you have HubSpot, you need Ops Hub

Honestly, you really need to have it to do meaningful automation. That should be more of a part of the other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Operations Hub has allowed us to keep a better pulse on every client and lead we have. With the email tracking and payment feature, we can streamline the customer experience and reduce the time needed from the client.

Hubspot Operations Hub has been great for us so far. At the moment I don't have anything we dislike.

HubSpot Operations Hub has allowed us to know exactly when a client has opened an email or is seeking support. We aren't guessing anymore due to the email tracking.

When you use multiple tools to nurture your business processes, having everything centralized in HubSpot is valuable. With Operations Hub, you can integrate these tools seamlessly, often without leaving HubSpot CRM.
We utilize HubSpot's APIs and workflows to maintain a clean database by periodically validating email addresses.
Additionally, we create data sets to generate reports requiring a certain complexity level.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the vast majority of functions, there is documentation, but for the complex parts, it is necessary perhaps to provide more examples; if you want to use custom codes or build more complex data sets, there are few examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with other applications and advanced automation to create flows and extend the data in the CRM. Optimize times and avoid errors in data loading.

No longer able to track opens on Apple products. Lately, Hubspot keeps disconnecting from Microsoft outlook.

Sequences, reports are a bit underwhelming in terms of the things you can do and always leave you wanting for more especially if you've used a data BI tool or google data studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest of them all is since we want different kinds of data from different platform (product usage and implementation, website activity, user enrichment data, communication), we'd ideally like it in one single platform which serves as the single source of truth. Not only does Hubspot allows that, but the operations Hub enables us to do that through integrations + setting up workflows to clean up and assign that data.
