Awesome experience using HubSpot Operations hub
What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that Operations Hub has allowed us to continue scaling our business while maintaining an unparalleled level of client communications. We can't image using a different platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, Operations Hub functions as we intend it to. It would help if the cost could be reduced as we aim to bring more team members on in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps!
Operations hub made syncing our existing data quick and painless.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated data tools made it extremely easy to clean up old customer data that was duplicated or malformed over time. After our initial import, we were able to get rid of any duplicates that had been created via typos or alternate spellings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not directly related to operations hub but I do wish we could do a more with rebranding the HubSpot application to be more in line with our companies branding and internal tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations hub is enabling us to automate previously manual processes that not only cost time but also had room to introduce human error. Being able to standardize data collection and automate processes along the way is enabling us to focus more on customer interactions vs process monitoring.
I rely on a robust and comprehensive platform to streamline my efforts, and delivers on all fronts.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of multiple marketing channels within HubSpot is a major advantage. I can effortlessly manage my email marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation all from one platform. This cohesion allows for a holistic view of my marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and enhancing overall efficiency. Not bad
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a better way to get support and updates on issues or pending items. No enough meetings with the customer support team. I wish we could meet weekly. seems fun
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our data in an efficient way.Finally, the continuous updates and improvements from HubSpot keep the platform at the forefront of marketing technology. They actively listen to user feedback and roll out enhancements and new features regularly, ensuring that users like myself can stay ahead of the curve.
Great to use and allows us to be organized

I love how it is easy to use as well as navigate. The UI platform is very clean and allows for organization

I can not think of anything at the moment that I do not like about the application

Ops Hub allows us to improve data quality and create automations so that we can dedicate more time to selling and less to data cleaning!

Ops Hub has been a huge upgrade for us, so I don't have any complaints.

Ops Hub has greatly improved the quality of the data that we collect by keeping it clean and organized.
Pretty good for small to mid-size operations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the operations hub integrates into our existing CRM database. It makes it so much easier to keep track of what is happening within accounts! Glad to have it in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform and functionality is really easy to use. We do have a smaller operation so while we have been able to get things setup and connected on our scale, I can't speak to how it applies on a broader scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful to have everything in one spot. That way, we have a continuation of data, which is particularly important when we are doing big lift&shifts or getting into the technicals of an account. Of course, the service support is always appreciated as well.

This has been helpful to us with our business and tracking customer purchases and leads.

Really helped us up-level our game with automations
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows, automations, and templates really are a game-changer. It has greatly reduced a lot of our manual efforts while providing much more insight through reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the workflows. You do need someone who is quite tech savvy to build them, but even there are some limitations - specifically, in-app messages cannot be triggered from hubspot. The phone capabilities are quite lacking, but I believe they are working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us get a broader view of our business by allowing us to integrate with other products we use, allowing us to make better decisions about where to direct our resources.
