What do you like best about the product?
I like the experience and ease of use - so simple for my team to use

I don't like that there aren't too many customizations but it keeps our processes simple

Maximize Leads through HubSpot CRM

What do you like best about the product?
As a technology platform, we have half a dozen entry points for leads to come in; so we needed a HUB to help sort, score, prioritize and then communicate for us! HubSpot has become an integral part of our daily process to manage each lead as it comes in and fully maximize the potential by the automated emails that go out and tasks that are assigned to the team member responsible. It's like having another person working for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part of HubSpot for us has not been having a good centralized Dashboard that allows a full visual to EVERYTHING that comes in. We can go to each piece, but not having them all on the same dashboard has added a slight challenge. Not insurmountable, but it would be more user-friendly to have that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently gathering all the leads from a minimum of 6 different entry points on our site. It has helped us to collect them cohesively and automate responses as they come in.

Simple and intuitive tool !

What do you like best about the product?
Really great tool that we've been using cross-functionally in marketing and sales. Love the workflows and the way it automatically sources contact and company info reducing the amount of manual data entries the team needs to make. Much easier to use and implement vs. Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to easily plug-in with Apollo.
We found that were some limited abilities to visualize data in dashboard reports (visualizing # vs. %, getting closing %, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the sales process from first contact, to contract negotiation and contract signature, reducing the amount of time consuming manual tasks the team currently does.

What do you like best about the product?
I have already recommended HubSpot to quite a few of my entrepreneur friends. Hubspot is easy to use especially the business card feature on my cell. I can snap a pic and have business cards entered and it automatically finds the contact when I need to send emails or call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more of the features I use included in the pricing rate I have. Some features I use others I do not. There should be a way to create a customized selection of what I acyuallyy use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management, data integrations, email templates and sending newsletters. I love the ability to save the forms and create a link to send to my clients and contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive, easy to use software. The onboarding and account support have been the best I have experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bumping into limits in our licensing, finding out the feature I want to use requires a licence upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to drive follow-up has won more business and more conversations with potential clients. The fortune is in the follow-up and HubSpot has proven to be a resource multiplier!

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks and Templates are easy to create and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any dislikes. The only thing I would say is to change the snippet option to allow everyone to use all snippets, instead of just the first 5 created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure I've solved any!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sales operations. It helps me stay on top of my pipeline. Also, I can set up email sequences through reviews. It is a great product overall. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that there are not automatic reminders. I am not able to set up email sequences so that they go out automatically. WIthout this my efficiency drops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a few problems. Through Hubspot Operation, I am able to align my sales team on goals. I am also able to ensure I get updates from my team. It helps me meet my target goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to learn how to use the platform. Once you are able to navigate Hubspot it is very easy to use. We have gotten great feedback while in the process of implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some random things that I am not able to search by - trying to figure this out now. Also I would like to have links on quotes, it can also print weird
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one spot. before we were hoping from software to software trying to get all our information. Now it is in one spot and has some pretty cool features that come with it.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it's to setup and design the features we really need, as well as the pipeline sales for me are the best as I can make sure all my clients are taking care of and I track each stage and make a proper feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far I don't dislike anything, I would only love if we could send our online form, allowing our clients to attach documents to our KYC process. Now this is not possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track clients, update pipeline stages, have an overview about all clients and be able to do follow ups, chats, emails etc. It makes our team be more efficient as we have all info gathered only in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
easy to use, to set up, to track pipeline stages, to reduce operational time is the best CRM in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow extensions allow automation outside of the CRM which is something we utilised highly to ensure connection and communication between users, teams and processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
A larger offering of extensions would be ideal, especially branching into start-up style API

Automating key processes in operational capacities throughout the business
