Works flawless and with ease
What do you like best about the product?
Not having a strong technical background is not a problem with this product. It is straightforward to use, simple to manage, and easy to teach others how to use as well. I also appreciate how smooth the implementation process is.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a certain point, you may find it necessary to switch to Tableau or a more advanced platform. This tool is most effective when handling simple to moderately complex data inputs. Glas!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responsible for tracking leads of students and coaching institutes, and making calls based on this information. My work mainly involves customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how it can unify, clean, and automate all customer data throughout the business. By breaking down data silos, it empowers teams with a consistent and reliable single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered any issues. As I continue to use it, I might discover aspects I don't like, but for now, everything is going well.

We can view our customers' deals by accessing their names and contact information, which makes it easy to email queries and respond with all the necessary data readily available.

A bit slow , sometimes buffers a lot. It cause problem sometimes needs to refresh a lot . Rest all is good

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features that it unlocks within workflows (script editor & custom-coded actions) are the key driving factor behind using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is extremely costly for what is offered within the tool. The lack of delineation between Ops Hub and other tools is a missing link and easily causes confusion. Being a user for more than a decade, it is still unclear to me what the actual value proposition for this suite is.

The best feature in Ops Hub is the custom report builder

When you move a team member to a new team, their old data is moved to their new team, when you rely on teams feature for custom reporting

Ops Hub helps reporting be less manual and pulls everything into the same spot

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in creating workflows is a big upside. The interface does a good job of walking you through a workflow from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main gripes about operations hub is the limitations within the workflows themselves. A lot of our workflows can be extremely complex with dozens of paths and branches. Unfortunately HubSpot doesn’t operate with a parallel function for paths and the go to action function is fine but very time consuming.
If workflows had a bit more conditional logic uses I think it could be much more user friendly.
Also a better interface for custom coded triggers would be fantastic
