What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and deploy with clients and training is easy.

I think survey sparrow is a great product.

Great multi-use tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are are a lot of customization options with Survey Sparrow. We started using it soley for the Reputation Management tools, but quickly learn that the customizations are useful across of of our domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the jump in pricing to use options that are only available on the Enterprise plan. Specifically, the url whitelabeling feature and Salesforce integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow allows us to easily engage and monitor our customer sentiment.

Ability to include partial responses and allow multiple language options
Easy way to create beautiful surveys and good integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to prototype and execute new surveys. Good way to integrate into websites or link to from apps. Decent amount of question types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a few annoying "time to upgrade" prompts if the current plan is not sufficient. It's quite awkward wanting to add question types or using features which are behind a paywall.
This very much limits the user experience if I see features which are not available to me. Nowadays I usually use SurveySparrow for prototyping, but use a self hosted Limesurvey instance for actual surveys, which is a bit of a shame.

It's been fine, needs improvement.

For our use it's just fine. There are some automation that I would have loved to be to use.

When sending the survey, typing a contact email does not return the contacts name. The sending to field is also not clear about it is.
Would be great to have a way to trigger the survey for specific contacts through outlook.

We love how easy it is to create and complete, especially the mobile option (simplicity and features).

We have used it for a year and it fits our needs. Nothing so far.

It helps us identify the level of satisfaction of our new hires and gather feedback from our staff in several situations.

It's easy to set up surveys and maneuver around the platform. Surveysparrow helped me connect with clients in an easy way.

Cost is biggest dislike.

There are lots of great customization tools that are fun to play around with and create a survey that is

The Customer Service is a little hard, any quetions you are waiting in a chat box that times out, people type for a long time and never answer, in order to cancel your subscription you have to talk to someone in this chat box so its hard to cancel or suspend months you dont need it for.

Effective Power per Dollar Spent
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that SurveySparrow has different tiers for different business/personal uses. Not everyone may need some of the features offered on the larger plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is our plan we signed up for is now considered "legacy" so we may end up having to pay more if we continue using this after our license expires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using our surveys to meter customer satisfaction with our company.
A great upgrade from Survey Monkey!
What do you like best about the product?
We used to use survey monkey, but as a team, we really struggled with the platform. Now with SurveySparrow, creating surveys for our customers and employees is efforless!
What do you dislike about the product?
SurveySparrow is so easy to integrate and implement, I wouldn't change a thing. The platform has so many features and it's so convienent to use, we never need to reach out to customer suppport.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've found that the only way customers and employees will take surveys is if they are short and easy. SurveySparrow makes great suggestions to achieve this.
