Great tool for creating surveys
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to create questions, and I liked complex question types, especially Matrix Type. And it was great to see the changes immediately. I was excited with the design; it's great to have your link with your username.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing special, but one thing was annoying to me. When I registered and began creating the survey, the tutorial was very persistent and didn't give me control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hadn't to find some untrusted tool to create a survey, and I know that my data is in a secure place and I can access it whenever I want. It gave me not think about where I needed to store my data.

There is a data gap, especially when it comes to collecting data in sub sharan Africa

Great for roundup surveys
What do you like best about the product?
We write roundups quite frequently, and Survey Sparrow has been fantastic for creating customized surveys (while keeping our branding on point). It's easy to create our surveys with fill-in-the-blank, long-form, and multiple-choice questions and save the data in one place. There really are endless possibilities for survey styles!
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't use it every month - but they only have quarterly and yearly options for payment. It would be nice to see a monthly or pause plan price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for data collection for data-driven articles. The platform's flexibility has allowed us to change up surveys to collect data we have for specific topics.
Great tool with clear and intuitive UI. There is still area for improvement in reporting section.

Clear and clean UI that makes SurveySparrow super easy to learn and use.

I believe there is a lot of room for improvement with the reporting tools. I would like to see more advanced options for reports.

We are planning to do a user engagement survey to spot what works and what new features our users would like to see.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to configure and start using, so we use it for new projects and gathering feedback through their large customizable templates. I find it more user-friendly than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more free templates and explanatory videos. The first time we use it took us a few hours to set it up, but after a couple of tries, we kicked off our first survey seamlessly.

It helps with surveys and accessible signup forms, that we send to our community to gather feedback, reviews and insights regarding our events and accessible initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a way to create surveys that was both stylish and simple. The survey I was able to creat with SurveySparrow looked great worked smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have nothing to add here. Has been an overall good experience.

I needed an elegantly branded and very simple survey. I tried several competitors but SurveySparrow offered the best mix of sytle and ease os use.

What do you like best about the product?
Speaking to an actual person when you have questions makes all the difference. Our business has been so grateful for the personalized care from Survey Sparrows team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning the layout of the Survey Sparrow program, but we have not found anything yet that has not worked well for our customer feedback survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any minor questions we have had, has been promptly assisted by the Survery Sparrow team.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use, specially in reorganizing questions or mid pages. Loved the use of "formulas" to turn my survey more personal and fun. Beautiful and very customizable designs are a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
For my small studio the premium subscription is too expensive, so I cannot keep up with a monthly subscription, to own only 3/4 of surveys. Maybe an option to pay per survey forever?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good alternative to other platforms that are more expensive. Great designs are also a plus and help my studio and me to transmit a great image and professionalism.
