great templates and interface. very visually pleasing to use

the business plans are way bigger than our small team neededso that seemed confusing at first, but the personal and basic plans seemed reasonable

pretty basic use, just using it for client feedback

I found this service after a web search and I would say that I am very satisfied with the features

the custom form creator is very useful for offering a personalized service

the types of licenses are not very flexible and, in my case, I was forced to 'settle' for a service with many functions that I really don't use

I like the fact that Survey Sparrow is extremely reliable and known to be genuine & reputed. I know for a fact that I can rely on Survey Sparrow to be accurate.

There's not much I dislike, but I think Survey Sparrow could be much better in terms of the user experience & design. Although it is functional as it is right now.
