What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity, the design templates, and the flexibility
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like tools to help with cross tabs without having to manipulate downloaded raw data files

It's an affordable solution and helped me self launch a business

What do you like best about the product?
Branding options and flexibility in the creation of the form. The overall experience is pretty good, and I'd also highlight the usability of the platform which is satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific that I dislike. The less likeable aspect of the platform is that I could find some options to survey sparrow that offer the same along with extra services for a fair price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me generate surveys to gather information about customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Moreover, I've been using it for multiple research in the business.

Great Surveys - Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to design surveys, very feature rich. We use it primarily for their NPS surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing is competitive, but a little confusing. Several of the multiple-report options are housed under different pricing tiers, which we found very odd. Not cost prohibitive vs. the competition, but I would no have priced it this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us tremendously in tracking Net Promoter Scores over time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and make surveys even though I didn't get to thoroughly test it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have too few of a following to kgo for the offline surveys right now.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has a really nice to use interface and their APIs offer all the functionality we needed. I'm a pretty needy customer and asked a lot of questions of their support team and required a unique trial account due to my company's needs. They took it all in stride and were a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to do one workaround to get the info I needed from their APIs, but it was relatively minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow gives us a HIPAA compliant survey tool that provides full functioned APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
they were very helpful and incredibly communicative with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found for us the product did not end up making sense for what we wanted to do. We ended up going with a paper survey

it didn't end up benefiting us. I could see it working for a bigger organization with more complex needs than we have

What do you like best about the product?
I love SurveySparrow because it is so easy to use. As a developer, I can go in, create a survey, and publish it without any issues - precisely what we need. I also love how user-friendly the platform is and how quick it was to get going with this tool. SurveySparrow is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, everything is working without any problems, and if I have any questions, their support is ready to answer my question via email or hop on a call with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using SurveySparrow as a white-label platform, we automate customer feedback and complete daily reports without user intervention. Everything is without our end-user intervention.
