Excellent Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to create and complete, especially the mobile option (simplicity and features).
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used it for a year and it fits our needs. Nothing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify the level of satisfaction of our new hires and gather feedback from our staff in several situations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up surveys and maneuver around the platform. Surveysparrow helped me connect with clients in an easy way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is biggest dislike.

There are lots of great customization tools that are fun to play around with and create a survey that is

The Customer Service is a little hard, any quetions you are waiting in a chat box that times out, people type for a long time and never answer, in order to cancel your subscription you have to talk to someone in this chat box so its hard to cancel or suspend months you dont need it for.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that SurveySparrow has different tiers for different business/personal uses. Not everyone may need some of the features offered on the larger plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is our plan we signed up for is now considered "legacy" so we may end up having to pay more if we continue using this after our license expires.

We are using our surveys to meter customer satisfaction with our company.

The survey system stood out remarkably for its flexibility and user-friendly interface, making it an invaluable tool for research purposes. Its intuitive design and adaptable features greatly facilitated our data collection process, allowing for seamless integration into our research workflow. T

The survey system, unfortunately, fell significantly short of expectations due to a critical system crash that resulted in the temporary suspension of data collection. This unexpected disruption not only hindered the progress of our research but also cast doubts on the reliability of the system for future data-driven projects.

Some basic functionality was being gate kept behind expensive plans.

Affordable, easy-to-use survey option
What do you like best about the product?
Creating surveys is very easy and user friendly. Compared with other survey platforms, the price is great! I've used Survey Sparrow to send employee engagment surveys, evaluate training, and conduct individual assessments. I love the premade templates. The customer support is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only ask of Survey Sparrow is that they create an option to download numerical choices rather than just words (e.g., "1" instead of "strongly disagree") in order to make analyses easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a human resources consultant, SurveySparrow allows me to quickly and easily engage with large groups of employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice User Experience and Interface, quick customer service. Also great that the survey created can be used offline as well.

Nothing stand outs to be bad. Had slight issues when uploading the logo to the form, as the formatting was not as flexible as some other online form generators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our tradeshows, it helps us improve our booth and overall experience for the visitors as they fill out the survey on their way out.
