Great way to look up user accounts and easy to link to Zendesk
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to link to Zendesk, looks up users by the details our team created for us, allows me to see custom fields for sorting and I am able to "sort" by the column that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. I am a user, not a "bulider" of the Metabase data structure for my team. I ask for a database, and someone else builds it. However, it seems that it's easy to use one that is put together and we use it all the time for pulling information from our central system, like contest winners, subscriptions, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't encountered any pitfalls here, but again, I don't build the reports, I use the reports that are built. We need to find out who contest winners are based on points accumulated in our system, and it does that easily. As well it keeps track of all subscriptions we have in our database, and I can see things (custom fields I assume) like username, coupons used, platform, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The visualizations which allow you to remove the select data is amazing. The ability to put a parameter on an entire dashboard is just next level and has really in building the team's workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Need Goal based alerts on questions as they help us keep track of threshold kpi's which is crucial, especially during high or low volume periods, which help in capacity planning in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me build KPI's and workflows, also it allows me do super fast BI and observe trends and analytics which has made team and operations management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface and variety of tables/look to suit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have enough proficiency with the product to say what I "don't like", but I am excited to learn more about the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metabase is an amazing tool that offers us the best insights into how our product is used and how we can improve the end-user experience. Metabase is also a wonderful way to keep track of relevant KPIs and internal goals.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the user interface experience. Metabase is easy to use and allows me to bookmark certain pages for reports I look at daily. I never have any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the facilities I manage have similar names, so Metabase does not allow me to scroll on the facility name to see which one I am viewing data for, it looks like duplicates because the end of the name is cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Metabase allows me to view which of my facilities are using my platform and it also allows me to view inactive sites. This solves my problem of learning who I need to connect with.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful I find about Metabase is its capability to handle a large quantity of data, at the same time, there are many filtering options, which we apply to our requirements. The different companies can have customized Metabase, according to their work type.
Also, they have options to give access to selected persons, as you want, according to your choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
The filter option field should be always accurate, like very specific so sometimes it makes it difficult to search for data, overall I have not found any is no error or bugs in Metabase. It works fine for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very difficult for everybody to search millions of data, so Metabase made my life easier by giving options for how to store data or create any number of filtering options according to the requirement.
Nice and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I found about Metabase is that we can get the numbers of users performing different activities on our platform by just writing simple query.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a person does not have a good knowledge of SQL, than he won't get the data. So it's kinda a little hard to use for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides all of the data in one place because of which it is easy to get all the numbers at one place. Also the presentation of data can be done in different ways i.e by Charts , line charts, bar charts etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Its an opensource BI tool. We can querry the data on metabse and generate reports over the data. Even download the data also.

Lack of support and documentation from metabse. It also take little bit of time sometimes in syncing data also.

Its helping in generating reports and analytics of data.

It is helping in the monitoring of the company's activations, as well as in engagement campaigns based on service productivity.

At the moment, I cannot think of anything that I dislike about it. Maybe Could have better theme but I like the simplicity it has as well
