User-Friendly and Transparent Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LinkSquares is very user-friendly and fits almost all our needs. It's easy to understand and very intuitive, which makes it simple for our salespeople to use. I appreciate that it organizes all contracts in a repository and helps us draft new agreements with templates. It provides a lot of transparency when working on agreements. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if there were more searching or filtering options in finalize

LinkSquares organizes all contracts in a repository and aids in drafting agreements with templates. It's user-friendly and intuitive, offering transparency which our sales people find easy to work with.

Difficult to make changes and high cost.

LinkSquares ensure that within large organization you can streamline the contract management, you ensure uniformity and ensure that the right process is in place, one thing that we love is that at any given time we have visibility of who is doing what.
Linksquares Analyze meets my expectation
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares Analyze give me peace of mind for contract renewal and allows to quickly find and retrieve the inforamtion I need. The customer support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any complaint about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a contract system that can help us to keep reliable tracking of the contracts and at the sametime alert us of the renewal due date in order for us to properly terminate those contracts which we don't want to renew.
LinkSquares Contract Management Software is a Must Have for Organizations!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to locate a contract and easy to use software. Great customer service - Joe and his team at LinkSquares are great to work with and are always available to answer questions. The use of tags allows you to search for contracts by more than just the name of the contract. I also really like being able to link contracts. No matter how many contracts your organization has, Joe and his team at LinkSquares does all of the work to upload the contracts to LinkSquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We looked at several different contract management software before choosing LinkSquares and nothing compared to the customer support and ease of learning and using the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease and efficiency in searching for and locating contracts, as well as alerting me to when contracts will expire.
Both the application and support staff are impressive, supportive and personable
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is comprehensable. My legal team is able to use it for a mulititude of supportive tasks to run our department efficiently. The support staff we've had assigned to us continues to go above and beyond and takes our feedback with full intention of finding the best solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique would be to have prioritze and analyze be a little more customizable.

contract retention help with our organization and accounting teams purposes.
Great product, but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Database is very user friendly, and the report tool is also great. I love the clause library and I love that you can now add tags in Finalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI tool is not perfect, and struggles to track renewals and effective dates on more complicated contracts with multiple amendments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our commercial and vendor contracts now all live in Linksquares and it's such a great way to have everything live in one place. The search tools are very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
We were using Box as our repository for documents. It was difficult to do even a common search for an agreement. I love the fact that we can filter so many different ways to search for an agreement without having to look at hundreds of documents. And to you examples below, all of them apply. It's easy to use, Implementation to some type because of the level of agreements we have, I had to reach out to customer support this morning and got a response right away. I used Linksquares everyday, all day. Integration was okay, but that was more with our TechSupport team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, from my point of view, I don't have any dislikes. My job is so much easier now when I have to put my fingers on an agreement quickly for myself or someone else within the company. I just had to do this yesterday, and found the document right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By creating a system that helps us manage the number of agreements we have to store, the ease in looking for agreements, and the abiliy to use tags to help agreements "stand out". It really cuts down on a lot of work when it comes to database management.
Excellent Tool for Legal Department
What do you like best about the product?
This is an execllent tool for any Legal Department. From legal requests to contract life cycle and contract management, LinkSquares does it all. Customer support is amazing with a dedicated onboarding and training team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides using LinkSquares.
