Centralized Contract Monitoring and Easy, Customizable Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LinkSquares is that LinkSquares allows me to monitor all of our contracts in a single platform without my needing to spend hours entered all of the relevant contract details into Analyze. I also enjoy the ability to generate reports, which are generally easy to customize, that I can allow others in the company to utilize (without having to worry about them seeing contracts their role(s) to not allow them to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to LinkSquares is that we never fully utilized the pre-contract side of it Finalize. To be clear, I like Finalize and would prefer that we utilize it, so that all of our pre-contract work came out of a centralized location, but the company has not moved in that direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares allows me to upload contracts and only have to enter a couple of fields of information (and double check that the AI got all of the information correct. Before LinkSquares I had to enter every one of what would be called a Smartfield manually (on our previous Contract Management Platform) and that could take over an hour for larger contracts. Now entering all of the information into a contract in LinkSquares takes at most 10-15 minutes, and usually around 5 minutes. In addition, I can utilize the task system to send myself reminders of Contract Renewals to ensure timely renewal confirmation.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares works really well for my day-to-day contract management tasks. It’s user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. The LS support team is helpful and responds to my questions quickly whenever I reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no significant downsides. That said, it would be easier if I didn’t have to toggle back and forth when I need to obtain counterparty signatures while routing a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, there are no outstanding issues that haven’t already been addressed and resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn to use. Very easy to find what you are looking for when searching. The flexibility with the reports and dashboard provides helpful insight
What do you dislike about the product?
On Finalize clicking on an agreement opens a new tab so after a while a bunch of browser tabs are open. You can't edit a template in the app, you have to download the Word doc and make the edits and reupload it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized repository for contracts that is easy to search makes it easier to find an agreement when needed. Finalize helps track work in terms of what is pending and the status and you are not "forced" to use it a certain way there is flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
Support by our act manager and LS as a whole. The ease in using the platform is amazing! If you make an error, it is easy to correct in process or after you submitted the contract. The support library is great for new users. The price points are good with what content is provided as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only downside is that our company users should be cognizant of what they can do with it. I believe more internal training would help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our account manager is always reviewing our usage account and suggesting ways that LS can assist in the process. We are very specialized in what and how we go about the contract protocols. New ways to enhance and refine the given tools is important and appreciated.

What I like most about LinkSquares is that it helps streamline contract drafting, reviewing, and document management. It makes it easier to access agreements, track contract status, manage approvals, and maintain a repository of documents. I haven’t experienced any major issues, and it has been helpful in keeping our contract workflows organised and efficient.
