Solid contract management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic tagging and AI features to manage our database/repository. Very easy to upload content and very responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
More difficult to work into existing workflows. Wish it had more existing interoperability with other pieces of software.

Secure repository for our agreements.
LinkSquares Cares: Highly customizable CLM with true customer support
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares CLM is highly customizable (i.e., not one size fits all) and they provide hands on support to make sure that it is implemented correctly and setup for success. It is also much more intuitive than other CLMs we considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to use LinkSquares as a central point of communication on a contract is a bit limited. I wish the interface for providing comments was a little more customizable/prominent and it was easier to incorporate outside emails directly into the matter (e.g., each matter generating a dedicated email address).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the most important problem is solved is related to contract storage. With LinkSquares we now have a indexed, highly-searchable repository, which has helped cut down on the time spent on due diligence while also making our responses more accurate.
Good in terms of getting documents signed and quick response once docs are signed

Very fast in terms of sharing mail and once signed then we get much faster emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike would be how can we sign each document page or do we have to sign one page and then it copies to all pages

The user friendly interface, ease of use, customer support and reporting capabilities is what I like best.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares solved our contract managment process and this is a huge game changer for me. It is saving me a ton of time coupled with ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
Analyze capabilities make it easy to compare provisions within many contracts at the same time. The search feature is farily intuitive, you can search by a global standard term but also by a text search if the term does not exist, and the Analyze results which can be exported to an excel or csv. comes in a user friendly format that is easy to digest, which is particularly helpful if the search results are large.
The implementation process has been very smooth as well. Support tickets are generally responded to within 24 hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how many users are needed, particularly power users, recurring fees can start to add up. However, I've found LinkSquares is generally willing to work with you.

Main benefit is Analyze capabilities of comparing language in existing agreements throughout the organization.
Fantastic platform that covers all aspects of contracting lifecycle
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has revolutionized the contracting function at our company. It effectively covers creation, negotiation, signature, storage, and reporting of contracts. The support team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration is good, but it takes a certain amount of technical expertise to get it running. Since the LinkSquares team does not control your Salesforce account, you will need to do this work yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using LinkSquares we had a relatively chaotic approach to managing contract templates and organizing signed agreements. Both of these issues are in the process of being solved since implementing this platform.
The support, from my rep to the help desk, are all very knowledgeable and prompt in repsonding.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting function is amazing. I can respond to internal requests for information quickly and accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
LS creates new "tags" for something that may already be in the list (i.e., for example, LS may create JOHN SMITH INC when John Smith Inc is already listed. Creates a little (but not much) extra work on our end by cleaning up tags before we process documents. A minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract tracking and communications across multiple locations. This allows us to share information more quickly and efficiently.
LinkSquares meets companies where they are!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about LinkSquares is above all their customer service! After that, is the fact that LinkSquares meets companies where they are. Most platforms make you buy the entire suite of products, but LinkSquares allows you to get what you need, when you need it. LinkSquares also allows for easy integrations and implementations. Finally, LinkSquares has a great interface that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the Governing Summaries feature be more developed towards automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the first time, we are able to see what is in our contracts and have the ability to improve contracting.

Searching for documents is extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer my own naming convention rather than LinkSquares' naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding pertinent customer contracts is extremely easy.
Excellent Contract Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSqaures helps us keep up with our contract management and tracking Renewal/Terination dates. This helps save the company money by not renewing contracts we no longer wish to pursue. Linksqaures has great customerservice and their team is constantly checking up on us and needs we may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that linksquares would seperate expired or terminated contracts into a seperate folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we implemented linksquares we were keeping track of hundreds of various contracts through a spreadsheet/ folders. Due to this system we could never truly keep track of contracts auto-renewing. Linksqaures has helped us with contract management and sending alerts when contracts are coming up for auto-renewal or expiring.
