Great system, wonderful rep to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is great for tracking document process from initial input into Finalize to signed copies in Analyze and it has excellent reporting functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual renaming when I need to use company naming conventions. Also, making sure the tags are going to be useful to others who may be utilizing the reporting function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking document versions and conversations during contract negotiations. No more searching in email for the email thread and document versions.

I wish it were more customizable, especially as it relates to workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our contracts in one location has helped so much. Also, having all our negotiation history in one place is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Having an end-to-end solution for contract management is definitely what I like best about LinkSquares. With a platform that handles drafting, e-signatures, and a storage repository all in one, onboarding and implementation was as streamlined as possible. And their level of support throughout was unmatched - to start, there's a dedicated CSM and SMEs for their different systems (Finalize, Analyze), but they also brought in a project manager for the complexities of our organization. Their team also consistently refines the products and adds new features and enhancements so our processes and workflows only continue to improve as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares offers a variety of customizations, but if I had to pick something to dislike, it's that one particular feature hasn't been given that kind of attention yet. Event notifications for contract dates can only be set up system wide, but we're hopeful for the ability to apply filters for multiple configurations soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. LinkSquares provides visibility into our contract drafting for redlining, approvals, and status. 2. We're tracking renewals more effectively than ever allowing for better negotiation strategies. 3. It's saving valuable time previously spend searching through shared drives for documents without filter or OCR capabilities.
User Friendly and Fantastic Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the customer support is top notch. We were able to implement LinkSquares more quickly than we anticipated. Among its tools, we have found Analyze to be the most helpful as it scans our documents, picks out important clauses, and even checks for duplicates when uploading new ones (which is very easy). I definitely recommend checking LinkSquares out when looking for a CLMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was easier to categorize/link families of documents together. It is a fairly manual process for us and requires us to do it one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advanced search function allows us to quickly find contracts and identify terms within them.
LinkSquares Does It All!
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has allowed our very small legal team to support our fast growing software sales company by being a one stop shop for contract mangement. We were able to use Analyze to ingest our current contract library, while following each legal request from ingestion to completion using Finalize. The best part is that they are synced, so no time is wasted uploading completed contracts because LinkSquares does it for you! Our LinkSquares represtntative, Stephanie, has been very helpful every step of the way and has made our daily use of the software a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor tweaks that could improve the system. Namely, adding mass delete feature to the Pending documents in Analyze to save time and allowing users to create thier own Status tags in Finalyze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has allowed our legal team to eliminate the constant flow of email requests with no way to organize or prioritize our workflow. Using this software provides visibility into each workflow, allows collaborators to view the status of their requests, and all communication is done directly on the platform. No more lengthy email chains to sort out :)
Best agreement Software!
What do you like best about the product?
It is straight forward and easy to use. It has every feature you could need to organize and draft contracts. It makes it easy for others to get the agreement process started. I use it all the time. And it was easy to implement and to get the company to start using it. The customer support is excellent. They are always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. There is nothing I dislike about it. It has what other contract software cannot yet provide.

It helps keep are agreements organize in a central repository so that they are easy to find. It has also made the agreement process so much easier.

The integration with SFDC.
It allows our Sales folks to work seamlessly between the two platforms.
It gives the Contracts Team more control of what is being generated and submitted for review.

LS is creating the ability for us to provide full spectrum contract management - from inception to retirement, and the ability to perform analytics in the same space.
Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using it. The flexible and simple user deisgn and the way it boosts productivity. I use it every day and It has allowed for easier transparency and communication amongst my team members. The customer support team is aweosme and are very responsive. They answer even the smallest of questions. The training provided allowed for us to easily implement the system into our work life and we truly rely on it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about the product so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not having a home base where the life cyce of our contracts are managed and where we can see a breakdown of contract analytics. The dashboard provides SO much information .
Solid CLM that's affordable and extremely scalable.
What do you like best about the product?
Currently using the contract repository (or Analyze) module. Implementation was great and customer support thus far has not disappointed. UI is intuitive and easy to use. Reporting is a nice-to-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging takes time to get right and the search functionality brings up everything so it requires getting used to the filtering the right components to narrow the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a high functioning software that could scale and incorporate other key business units (like Sales). Idea being we could streamline the contracting process and improve speed to revenue cycle while protecting the organization.
