Linksquares is great for small legal teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the AI used by Linksquares will extract the auto renewal date and will send me reminds via email. This has saved me time from manually looking at the contracts. Also, we can send out 50 agreements in a week and it not take that much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you mainly use google drive, it maybe difficult to transition to Word. Linksquares strictly uses Word for edits (from what I know). If there is a chart in a template, it messes up the formatting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legal team is comprised of two people. Linksquares automates our contract saving and creating process. We don't need to delete and insert information since we create templates that autofills. Our contracts are stored and anaylzed to provide the most up-to-date information.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very user friendly. It is also never down. Easy for me to manage on my own. Was easy to implement and great support

I can't really think of anything of substance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need a good repository for contracts that is searchable as well as ability to ensure proper approvals are made in system.

emails generated by LinkSquares cannot be personalized, therefore recepient assumes it is spam

LS allows for visibility with the sales and executive team, speeds up the sales agreement process, allows for easy searching among all agreements

LinkSquares has been a good investment
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares organizes tasks so I don't have to keep track of them myself. I can easily see what's on my plate and also see the status of any pending agreement at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn about LinkSquares and all that can be done through the program. You will need to ensure you carve out time to really use the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of agreements and ensuring that latest version is the version that is being executed. Keeping track of important upcoming deadlines to ensure our team does not miss them.
Easy to use and top tier customer service
What do you like best about the product?
This CLM solution has such an innate user experience which is coupled with top-tier customer service throughout implementation to the present. Linksquares truly provides a full-circle contracting experience with insightful features and customizations tailored to your business needs. I also really appreciate all the integrations and plug-ins so that incorporating this solution into existing processes is much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area of improvement would be hosting workshops for clients on a deep dive into Salesforce mapping, as it can become complex for users who are not SMEs on Salesforce.

LinkSquares helps us to solve opportunities around collaboration and streamlining the contracting process between various departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The repository makes finding and reviewing contracts ultra efficient and allows for easy collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Built-in email capabilities (both sending and storing) can be bolstered, and default level of notifications is excessive.

Effective contract repository and risk management by helping us monitor contract renewals and expirations.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares AI is spot on! When taking contracts from a pending status into its final version I have total confidence that the AI is reading accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish LinkSquares had customizable Statuses for each deal. This would allow my internal customers a quick view to see where their deal was sitting (Legal/Finance/Procurement) and it would allow for accurate reporting against time spent in each department
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is orgainzing contract in-take for me by pulling out the data that is important to me and putting it in a workable view. It additionally assists me with capturing key dates and terms as well as calendaring events. LinkSquares AI is reliable and a total time saver for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an intutive product and it facilitates speed and accuracy in contract management for the company. Also allows visibility and communication between various departments in the company. I use this frequently so we need a tool that's easy to use and allows quick turnaround time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a user submits a contract inaccurately and you don't catch it in inital phase (Finalize), the info may be processed during the last phase (Analyze). If the dates, etc. are wrong, you have to submit to Customer Support to get it unlocked for manual corrections. Customer Support is very good at responding quickly however. Also if a contract term is extended the AI will not pick up the extended term so you need to link records correctly and run searches for all docs for reqporting or doing renewals.

Managing contracts. The company was using a spreadsheet and Box to try to manage contracts. It was very ineffective.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is very intuitive and user friendly. I like that the AI takes a lot of the manual work out of categorizing agreements. As a senior leader, I am more confortable knowing that when an agreement was imported that it was not up to an internal user to type in key information such as termination dates and that happens automatically through character recognition and AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have come across is that we are charged by the number of agreements that are stored in the system so I find myself being more selective with what is included. For instance, I would like the option to archive an old agreement and not having it count toward the quota of documents vs. having to delete the document altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing LinkSquares we were tracking contracts manually and the contracts were stored in multiple locations in multiple formats (digitally, paper, etc.). There was no easy way for me to see what contracts were approaching termination dates, which contracts were set to auto-renew, etc. and it was a compliance issue.
