Lots of work to implement but that work pays off
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking agreements through the sales cycle is much easier and automated now. Being able to pull reports to see clauses and language used in all agreements is super helpful and a feature I use every day. I've really enjoyed working with the LinkSquares team as well as they're always happy and quick to respond to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing the product can be difficult and time-consuming. Make sure you have quite a few hours of resources to work on the implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking edits to agreements during the sales cycle. Having one source of truth for storage and search capabilities of agreements.
Service is user friendly and the LinkSquares team provides phenomenal support.
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility and user friendly system. The LinkSquares team provides amazing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation of AI pulling financial values
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting for contracts, tracking termination and renewal dates and document storage.

What do you like best about the product?
easy use. User friendly. Ability to use AI to find specific language. Uses docusign for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
too many email notifications. Email notification can be somewhat confusing with all the taskers we assign the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tasking of assignments and tracking of assignments. Tracking the electronic signatures of documents. Creating templates for common documents as Non-disclosure agreements, etc. Visibility of taskers to all parties.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and navigating the site. User friendly interface all the way around and particularly for those who are usually resistant to change. A very useful tool that aids in streamlining the contract process and maintain accurate records. It is accessed on a daily basis by our users. Implementation and integration appeared to be effortless. Many available features based on your needs. Customer service is the best we have ever experienced!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are zero dislikes. We appreciate the constant updates and access to our Customer Success Manager to assist with any needs/questions we may have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building reports and how to finesse which allows us to operate at a much higher efficiency to gather data.
Thanks to a great implementation by Tucker and John, we are now actively and efficiently using LS.
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy the tasking aspect of LinkSquares. This allows us to stay on top of all our deliverables and make sure that we do not miss any of our deliverables. The implementation process was fantastic. Tucker and John flew all the way from Boston to help us get running in the matter of a couple days. Great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to LinkSquare! Everything has been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of LinkSquares great document search capabilities, we are able to quickly find documents. The dashboard on Analyze also helps us keep track of metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
The vlaue of Linqsquares is found not only in the software itself, but in the ongoing support the firm offers well after initial onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, the system is faily technical, but with practice it is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizaiton of numerous documents, and ease of accessabiltiy to agreemetns when needed.

The customer service is exceptional. I feel really supported by their team. They offer really great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect isnt very customizable and is very generalized. I wish their contract management system would update contract renewals automatically.

Helping us stream line and manage contract request. It helps with reporting contract details.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares invests a lot of time and resources into their customer relationships. They actively seek customer feedback, add the ideas and feature requests to product's roadmap, and follow up when the improvement is implemented. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and consistently helpful. The product itself is constantly improving in big ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation takes a while and requires upfront time and structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our contracts used to live in unorganized folders, so LinkSquares saves our entire team time and increases visibility. Since we use both the drafting capabilities (Finalize) and the AI-powered repository (Analyze), our workflow is clearer. Also, we can search and analyze terms and clauses within each contract in our entire database, which would have been impossible in our old process.

What do you like best about the product?
What drew me to Linksquares was the ability to use their AI Text Search. This was going to be a platform that we would use on a frequent basis, and having a tool that automatically extracts information for you was very enticing. The system works flawless and there was not much of a need to integrate other internal systems, however, from what we've seen, the word integration for the Finalize platform is useful for auditing contracts from inception to execution and is a tool we look forward to implementing. Th initial implementation of the system was a bit rocky, partially due to there not being a clear plan initially, but after working with our relationship manager, he was able to provide the customer support that we needed by providing valuable insights into how other customers were utilizing the product, allowing us to get to the point that we needed to in order to be successful users of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we don't pump out contracts on a daily or even weekly basis, we are trying to find a use case for the finalize system which goes hand in hand with analyze. This is mainly due to a business use case, and since we don't issue agreements frequently, the other half of the systems remains unused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has been able to solve the problem of automatically tracking key pieces of information that our firm needs to know, such as termination dates and renewal dates. The AI and ease of use is what attracted us to LinkSquares, and the system has been helping us stay on top of our contract management.
Great product, excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has saved hours of time and created an easy to follow process for our sales and external counsel. The integration was easy and incredibly quick. We also had an amazing account management team who answerd all of our questions quickly and linked us with any additional tech support that we needed quickly and efficcently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internally, our contract signing program does not integrate with our Salesforce integration so our reps have to leave LinkSquares for the signature process. We have figured out a workaround, and the team has solidifed this process, but it would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously all of our contracts were in emails and various shared files, so having everything in one place from end to end is infinitely better.
