Excellent Product and Training
What do you like best about the product?
The staff is wonderful. They were patient and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit hight but the product is worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract management was the top issue we were having. This software saved us so much time and money with its AI capabilities
Ease of use, communication, and organization
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who manages contracts, LinkSquares has made this process effortless. Communication, editing, and signing can all be done within LinkSquares Finalize and smoothly transferred to Analyze to be cleaned up and processed.
The customer support for all apps in LinkSquares is helpful and quick. Our Sales Representative reaches out frequently to make sure we do not have any concerns with use.

What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares Prioritize could use better features to engage customers, but they are working on new improvements in the upcoming months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to keep track of all our active and archived agreements. LinkSquares has allowed us to do this and have them all in one place. As well as having all comunications within the app, so there is no searching through emails for information that is needed.
Come for the product stay for the support
What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the functionality of both Finalize and Analyze, and have been impressed with the support that we have received.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do wish that the OCR capabilities and the document preview were cleaner on Analyze.

The customer service is fantastic. Someone is easy to get ahold of.

Finalize isn't as customizable. I'd like to see more features to customize the contract execution.

I think the storage and the AI is beneficial when it comes to the contract repository.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves us considerable time and ups our game.

It takes a little longer to decipher readable PDFs than I would like. It is improving, though.

It saves time in finding relevant sections of contracts.
LinkSquares Product & Customer Service - Hard to Beat!
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares products have an unmatched user experience, paired with the white-glove customer service and leadership's interest in product feedback and feature requests, they are a hard choice to beat when it comes to CLM.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares Finalize is missing a couple features that we would love to see, however, many of these features are in development or are at least on the roadmap for the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares Finalize is managing our contract process from pre-signature, including requests, drafting, redlining, approval tracking and in-tool communication, all the way through to signature. Then all fully executed agreements are automatically routed to Analyze, mapping data fields as designed, for our enterprise-wide contract repository.
Excellent online contracts platform for quick search/retrieval
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload/OCR all of our contracts for quick search/retrieval has greatly enhance the efficiency of our in-house Legal Department in terms of responding to internal client inquiries and assisting our contract review/drafting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to conduct more complex (e.g. Boolean) searches of the contract database would be helpful. But the current search tool is enough to get us where we need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company's internal Legal Department contract management/review process, before Linksquares, was very rudimentary. We really needed a robust solution to help with quickly identifying critical agreements with which to advise our internal clients, as well as facilitate attorney review/revision of the numerous contracts that we administer. Linksquares has nicely solved these problems with a robust online platform that permits easy upload/OCR/text conversion of all of our agreements with search/retrieval capabilities that permit us to quickly call up the specific agreement to which we need to refer in advising our internal clients and also helps us in the contract drafting/negotiation process to quickly locate/cut/paste the perfect language when drafting.
Linksquares - the up and coming contract software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy linksquares and the finalize, analyze and sign platform. Our analyze and finalize sync to tag additional terms that are important to help run reports and identify clients. Using this has made reporting easy and using the reporting on analyze to find any term or specific word is very incredible. Our Sales team can easily learn and linksquares from beginning to end, including helping legal track redlines, using the word integration to make necessary changes and ensure compliance and version control. Sign platform helps us see what agreements are in flight and where they are for signature. The sign function is a lot easier then others, and our sales team prefers it for its simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like for LInksquares is the current permission - where you can't restrict individuals on what they can and can't do. So if you have a manager they have to have administrator access to see all the agreements. The other function is the metrics that it provides because they aren't adjustable based on what you need unless you pay an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use linksquares for version control. It allows us to keep all our templates in one spot, our sales team is restricted to those templates which helps prevent our sales team from using old templates. It allows us to see where client agreements are and their status, as well as the designated sales rep assigned. It allows legal and finance to track all the changes that are being made by using the comparison tool which allows us to see all the changes that were negotiated from beginning to end.

The level of support and service is amazing!

Nothing specific; change is always hard.

Primarily legal metrics and reporting, and contract life cycle managment.

Contract Request feature needs additional development for easy tracking of open submitted contract requests against pending actions by Legal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares provides a value added contract repository for existing and new agreement that are easily searcable through smart features and filters which other tools simply do not offer. It's abillity to easily setup approval flows for templates, delegate or create tasks, and move agreemnts from active status through signature is unrivaled. With over a decade of experience in contract management and having negotiated 1000+ agreements, this is the tool to use!
