Best in Market - AI Unmatched & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The AI makes understanding our legal contracts easy and quick. We like the flat file structure in that we can search any term and be sure we're getting full results. Very easy for users to use and easy workflows for contract generation / redlining

Incredibly feature rich while also intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor customization features that will likely be available soon.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation teams are excellent, the platform is intuitive for both sales users in SFDC and administrators in the platform, the word plugin is great. Makes version control easier. customer success managers are extremely accessible and willing to help make things work. Very easy to use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are still in beta and not fully rolled out yet, but they're super willing to put customers on a list to be part of betas. Also, any time you update a template you have to remap with salesforce, which is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to build a repository and streamline our contract processes, which has made everyone's lives easier.
Great contract management tool for legal teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and intuitive interface. LinkSquares is an user-friendly platform with intelligent clause-searching that makes populating contract details and finding specific clauses a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of any issues. I have used several contract management tools and LinkSquares is the best in its class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is solving the company's previous issue of not having all contracts in the same place. Now that our company uses LinkSquares, contracts are in one location and easily accessible and searchable for the employees that need them.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use with LinkSquares. It is nice having the whole contract lifecycle within one application. Adoptability of the platform was easy with the features that LinkSquares provides. The Customer Support is always responsive and is helpful in implementing changes that you recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the analyze tab where all the executed documents are stored there is no ability to organize these within folders. You must use the smart tags to search for documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is solving the contract management process. LinkSquares helps the contract process to be more visible throughout the chain.
User friendly and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is very user friendly. The team is also always ready to support you in the process and actually take your feedback turning it into new features in the tool. It also integrates into so many other tools that make it easy to access and use for all functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage side of the tool can be difficult for some folks to use and requires a good amount of staff time to optimize its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and streamlining our entire contract lifecycle work into one place. This has sped up our entire contract process, and I have found I get eyes on and can review agreements significantly faster than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that LinkSquares is an intutive, easy to use platform. They provide fantastic customer support and are willing to work with you to help you get what you need for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only less than positive experience I've had thus far is in the very beginning of us using LinkSquares, our contracts were very unorganized, messy and difficult to categorize. When we put them in LinkSquares, there was a lot of our messiness that carried over into the system. This was prior to LinkSquares having smart tagging. It required us to manually go through and look at each contract and tag it appropriately. It was a lot of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use LinkSquares only for our vendor contract repository. It helps us categorize and identify certain clauses that we need to be able to find. It also helped us create an easy to use vendor request process.
Link Square is invaluable in building consistent compliance and processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated follow up for requests, tasks, etc. Puts a lot of time back in my teams hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bouncing between Analyze and Finalize, though I know they're working on it. Also, the naming - you use Finalize to do the analyzing.

Third party contract review, first party contract production/management, compliance reporting. Takes care of the heavy lifting.

LinkSquares creates efficiencies in contracting that are essential for a fast-paced business environment, regardless of the size of your internal legal department.The dashboard metrics provide valuable insights into workloads and turnaround times so that all team members can operate at peak performance and internal stakeholders have real-time status updates and insights into the efficiencies of the contract review process.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is that each user license comes at an additional cost, but the basic license is pretty affordable and is usually sufficient for most non-legal users. We've only found it necessary to purchase a handful of the more exense admin licenses for our legal team members that are primarily responsible for management of the CLM tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing LinkSquares, my organization had poor visibility into the legal review process with respect to pending vendor and sales agreements. With the three-way integration between LinkSquares, Salesforce and Docusgin - all members of our team now have full visbility into the status of contracts with real-time status updates. This has elminated a lot of needless back and forth and has dramaticaly reduced the time to signature. The dashboard metrics in Finalize and reporting capabilities in Analyze are the icing on the cake.
We are also amazed by the level of support LinkSquares offers to its customers. No inquiry is too unimportant or too complex and we always have a prompt answer or a follow-up call set up with the right folks that can dive into the details with us. Above all else, LinkSquares offered unlimited trainings to get our teams up to speed following iplementation. Adoption of the new CLM platform would not have been half as successful without their countless hours of support.
We would have adopted a CLM like LinkSquares sooner. It can be daunting to purchase a contract management software for the first time and to calculate whether it will be worth the expense, but the ROI is apparent within 2 months of implementation and the world class customer support ensures success. If you are willing to learn the system, LinkSquares fully meets all of your goals and expectations with this product.

As an added bonus, LinkSquares integrates with important tools that some of our non-legal teams use, such as Vendr and Netsuite, which allows for real-time data flow between the systems and reduces manual effort to collaborate with finance, risk, and other business teams who take part in the contract review and approval process.
We are also amazed by the level of support LinkSquares offers to its customers.
