Outstanding Contract Management Program and Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating LinkSquares is very intuitive, and its contract management capabilities are very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart tagging feature needs some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is solving the issues that are created when many different departments need to collaborate on contract drafting, finalizing, and management.

What do you like best about the product?
The service from our Customer Success Manager, PJ Gallagher, and how user-friendly it is!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not 100% accurate and when our documents were uploaded to the repository, many were renamed incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales department can request contracts/agreements in one universal place. All of our historical/new contracts can be pulled through Analyze in a matter of seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to manage contract requests seamlessly. The visibility it gives our team in being able to see where a contract is in our execution process is fantastic. With Finalize we can draft, redline, approve, and send for signature all in one platform. With Analyze, our executed agreements through Finalize are automatically uploaded so we don't have to worry about making sure all our executed contracts are in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've seen a little bit longer processing time for documents that are automatically pulled from Finalize, which we have made the LinkSquares team aware of and they are working to find a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a platform to help with our Contract Management, as we have multiple people who work on contract documents and this gives us visibility as to which team member is currently working on a document. With Analyze, we were looking for a place to store our contracts and their related documents that would be easy for other members of our team to access and find needed contract information.

What do you like best about the product?
Searchable PDF repository. We have always struggled with searching though our PDF documents and we now have an easy way to do this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only a dynamic search. We need more than one since we almost always have more than one product line on our quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to search PDF Customer Service Agreements easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive user experience and seamless navigation, along with the centralized repository, collaborative features, automated workflows, and insightful analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integraton cabalites, and sometimes not the best product design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The LS's capabilities address inefficiencies and risks in contract management, leading to improved productivity, and enhanced contract accuracy, thereby benefiting our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares is intuitive. It's effortless to navigate and run reports. This is my first time using a contract management software. So far, my experience has been positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches. Sometimes the preview feature for looking at agreements doesn't work. Setting up terms and tags takes a while, but once you have the terms set up, it works pretty well. There is no easy way to bulk-delete tags or agreements without contacting customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares provides us with a searchable repository. We are better able to organize and link agreements together. This makes it easy to find prior versions of agreements. We are also using the platform for redlining agreements.

Great Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has made it easy to tokenize documents making drafting documents a breeze. So far, the best part of my experience has been the one-on-one collaboration with our CSM, John. Anytime I or someone on my team has a question or concern, we get a response within minutes of our initial email. John provides solutions and is available by email or Zoom as needed. These prompt responses have been a lifesaver as we try to fully onboard onto the LinkSquares platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have one document formatted correctly in Word, but the formatting is off inside of LinkSquares. The team is looking into it, and I'm sure we will have a solution soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has taken us from scattered to streamlined. All of our documents are created, signed and stored in one program, which has made contract management simple.

Superb user experience, constantly evolving

What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use. On the database side, it's fantastic to be able to tag agreements within certain categories, meaning that we can search for information within contracts and run reports easily. The OCR-functionality, allowing searches of text within our scanned agreements, is incredible as well. On the CLM side, the template creation system works well, allowing others in our organisation to create simple documents (e.g. NDAs) themselves, but also request more complex agreements which then come to Legal for review in an already advanced state which saves us time and allows us as a Legal team to provide a much better service to the wider business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contract template creation functionality is a little cumbersome, which is fairly inevitable for a system of this nature. On occasion the system can be slightly slow to load or to run particular reports, but in general we're delighted with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to LinkSquares, we had no ability in the business to run reports across multiple contracts (e.g. find all contracts in a particular territory, or with a particular clause within them). LinkSquares gives us this functionality, and allows us to provide useful information to the business to allow them to make better decisions (e.g. to know which contracts are coming up for renewal in the next 12 months). On the contract creation side, getting templates set up in the system allows the business to self-serve for basic agreements, whilst dramatically cutting down the time it takes for us to create more complex legal agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
The search and AI features are great! The customer service of the LinkSquares team is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that there isn't much not to like about LinkSquares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to analyze clauses and contract language better. It allows us to be able to track the expiration dates of certain contracts easier as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated features- able to intake executed contracts, tag them appropriately, and store with few touch points. Excellent search capabilities. Easy to use interface. Works well if you are using a lot of third party paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took some tinkering to get everything dialed in. Still need some work to get all the fields we want fully mapped and auto-populating. Sometimes struggles to properly ID the appropriate parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us rapidly locate contracts and any addenda. It also allows us to segregate and view contracts by operating division, contract type, and liability limits.
