Intuitive Product for Contract Management and Repository
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is easy to use and intuitive, and provides a management and repository system for our contracts that has improved work flows and increased accessibility for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares' team is constantly working on improvements, and they seem to take our requests into consideration. Overall it is a great product, but we would love to see a more accessible e-signature platform from them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With LinkSquares, we are able to keep an updated template and clause library that is easy to search and use, we have been able to improve workflows, and make information more accessible for our end users.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like LinkSquares because it's easy to use, and the integration with Microsoft Word makes updating contract versions seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been some initial system compatibility challenges, but they've been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped our legal department organize all our contracts in one platform from inception to execution. It has given me visibility which I didn't have before.
Clean, fast, simple CLM with great support, but still a work in progress
What do you like best about the product?
Super clean, modern UI. The system is fast and VERY intuitive and easy to use. The support provided by our CSM is truly unmatched -- he is very responsive and always coming up with ideas to solve roadblocks that we come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the "nuts and bolts" of what I'd expect from a CLM are missing. Notably, there is an inability to customize notifications or to set access at the contract level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares provides a centralized contract repository, making it easy to find our contracts. In addition, the AI Smart Values makes it so that we do not have to manually enter metadata from the contracts. We have not yet started utilizing the pre-signature tool, Finalize, though I am sure once we do it will allow us to not have to dig through emails when going through the negotiation process.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature! I love that I don't have to enter metadata associated with each contract manually; also, the ability to do the governing summaries is beneficial!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications could be improved. I wish there were a way to be able to set up automated notification messages that could be sent to a Business Owner for each contract based on several days before the contract's expiration or renewal (e.g., reminders of upcoming expirations or opt-out dates that could be sent in increments like 90 days prior, 60 days prior, 30 days prior)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares' Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities solve the issue of manually entering contracts' characteristics (metadata). The AI created time savings and efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
The repository, the AIA features for terms, Clause Library, storage of our contracts, Parent/child relationship management tool
What do you dislike about the product?
email, I would like that it functioned more like Outlook, signatures, remember the last email addressed I used, bullets, things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system for storing our contracts, search engine, dashboard, and review is not manual but system supported.

LinkSquares: creating efficiencies thru AI
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares AI is what first drew us to the product. It far exceeds what our previous CLM could do in that space. We have mainly been using the Analyze module and are very happy with it. We are able to quickly find contracts, efficiently perform a review and proactively stay on top of upcoming renewals. From a service perspective, the CSM assigned to my team has been outstanding. He keeps us informed of new releases and ensures our requests get to the product team for potential future enhancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would expect basic features with a CLM that LinkSquares is lacking. Examples include custom notifications to specific individuals per contract and automated reporting that can be emailed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is enabling my team to spend less time on administrative tasks. The ability to upload contracts through the tool or via email is excellent for the legal team and the business. The use of AI to grab metadata saves the legal team hours of work. LinkSquares also allows you to customize your view of terms when looking at a contract. This allows quick access to terms/data your stakeholders may ask you.

Manual review ad implementation required despite AI-based platform. AI does not capture all characters correctly.

Seamless Contract Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that LinkSquares acts as a central contract repository and automates our contract generation process. The customer support is top tier and definitely the best in the game. I enjoy how easy it is to use and set up, especially since many of our users are non-legal professionals. Their new Link AI tool is embedded across the platform, allowing it to access all the data and provide useful insights on demand, which has really good potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and features can be improved. There's limited integration between the modules, and having more integration would be useful. Also, the Slack integration could be enhanced, as having the ability to run more commands in Slack would be useful since most of our users live in Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares acts as our central contract repository, automates contract generation, and is easy to use, crucial for non-legal users. The Link AI tool provides insights by accessing all data.

Great service and it's a pretty intuitive tool to use.

We don't have the internal need to use all of the tools that are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great repository for us to keep up to date on our contracts. We're able to also create reports to monitor things like when contracts or SOWs are about to expire.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is amazing. John Kendall was very helpful, accommodating and a great resource in setting up Linksquare. He is also a warm individual and trustworthy. The product itself is simple where it needs to be and can scale to where we need to be for more complex requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linksquare can have a better and improved visual interface in the future to remain competitive.
