Effortless Search Makes Tasks a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the search functions, uploading is a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
More customization would be great, we figure out some work arounds but a different company might not be able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage of contracts, ability for users to find contracts and view them easily, more fields to provide more information about the contract.
Effective Contract Management, But Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use LinkSquares for contract management, and I appreciate its organization and search features. It also provides quick access to key terms and offers templates which I find useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few issues with LinkSquares. The signature reliability isn't great; sometimes the signature requests just don't get sent, and you don't even get a notice about it not being sent. Also, the support can be really slow, taking more than 24 hours for a response at times. The autorenewal reminders could be better, and linking documents isn't as smooth as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LinkSquares for contract management, solving issues with organization, signature capabilities, and storage. I like the organization, search features, quick access to key terms, and templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service, how user friendly it is and how the company actually implements changes based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a couple little things I am hoping to be able to do in the future like mark checkboxes during the signing process and for the system to note which page a signer missed spots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make sure appropriate approvers are involved and that we have a good repository with a goal to reduce risk.
Dynamic Language Makes This Tool Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic language is very user friendly. One centralized repository easy to search. Customer Services team is quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more contract editing features like AI suggestions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer care team is wonderful and helps us develop new reports that help present to senior managements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive LinkSquares is to use. When my team has questions, our CSM and support are always willing to help

A downside of LinkSquares is lack of reversibility of things. Agreements go from Finalize to Analyze, but not the other way around. Also, we've had some trouble with integrations with SF and other applications

LinkSquares is providing a forum that makes it easy to collaborate on with other stakeholders internally. It is much more efficient than working only with Word
Effortless Document Management with Intuitive Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and ease of use. It makes storing and reviewing documents easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function does make it difficult sometimes to find exactly what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares solves our storing and reviewing document functions. It creates ease of use when storing documents. Reviewing documents is made easy with LinkSquares.
Efficient Contract Management, Needs Improved Salesforce Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customizability with templates that LinkSquares offers. This feature, along with the ability to read different variables in a Salesforce integration, is particularly valuable. Being able to have a seamless integration with Salesforce so that data can be read and automatically populate fields on templates and contracts is incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the write back functionality with LinkSquares to Salesforce isn't that great. It can't read agreements in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares solves having a centralized place for all agreements and automates creating and signing documents.
Streamlines Contract Management with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the team that supported the implementation of LinkSquares, their responsiveness, and the speed of interaction with support. We aren't waiting for solutions and missing opportunities as a result. I know that the solution will have an answer to the problem case. Plus, the intuitive nature of the tool allows teams to use it effectively, even if they are resistant to change. The setup was really easy, and the team helped massively to enable us to migrate quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is good but it would be ideal if it could use other sources to improve the advice it provides, like including precedence in other agreements. When using the LS AI add-in, it only looks at the single agreement, unlike Co-Pilot where you can load multiple reference documents. The ability to open access to specific users is driven by tags, which can make it complex to administer different user access. We try to discourage users from downloading agreements locally, but in some use cases, this is required. Presently, the download is binary and cannot be checked on a user-by-user (or agreement-by-agreement) basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares solves inconsistent contracting approaches, governance/adherence to policies, and key contract access issues. It helps teams understand obligations and respond quickly to customers. We're not waiting for solutions or missing opportunities, and the tool is intuitive, even for those resistant to change.
Intuitive, Streamlined, and Supported: LinkSquares Exceeds Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is very intuitive and easy to use. Contract review and execution have become much more streamlined for our company. The tools provided for the review process instill confidence that every contract is being seen by the appropriate team members and approved for execution. The customer service is also excellent. All of our questions are answered promptly.
I love the template creator in Finalize. I'm still learning new ways to improve our templates to make them easier and easier to execute. The tagging function in Analyze is a powerful tool for contract organization. With a few clicks I can find a contract. It's also great having a dedicated Customer Success representative that checks in with us and continues to provide support, even after several years of using LinkSquares.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI read of the parties of a contract is often inaccurate and requires pretty constant upkeep. Once you get your Party Library built, it gets easier, but there's definitely a learning curve. I wish I could delete parties from the Party Library as well. Once they are created (even by the AI), they are in the library forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage contracts from multiple entities, and LinkSquares offers a centralized location to store all of them. This makes it simple for our executive team to get a comprehensive overview, while also allowing us to grant each entity access only to the contracts that pertain to them. Additionally, the platform establishes a clear framework for approvals throughout the review process. We feel assured that every contract is thoroughly reviewed and approved by the right individuals before it is signed.
LinkSquares Boosts Efficiency, and Greater Internal Business Processes
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using LinkSquares for several years now. The platform has consistently surpassed our expectations, delivering enhanced business process outcomes, greater internal operational efficiency, and increased agility in our business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out a drawback to working with LinkSquares, it would be the need to decide on the number of documents and users at the outset of the contract. It was somewhat difficult to make the right choice without knowing how widely the platform would be adopted. However, this challenge was more of an internal dilemma than a fault of LinkSquares itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contract workflows while integrating our internal contracting thresholds and approval processes has been streamlined with the use of this platform. It enables us to maintain consistency and ensures that the appropriate ownership entities are used. Additionally, it helps us adhere to our contracting thresholds, with the correct sign-offs documented all within a single platform.
