Highly functional product, incredibly responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the support we receive from the Linksquares team. They are highly responsive and consider our comments and insights when updating the product.
The product itself is constantly evolving and getting better. Linksquares cares about individual customers and takes fast action to make sure needs are met.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Linksquares is that individual agreements cannot be grouped to ensure all of the differing types of agreements relating to a specific customer are in a single place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of different versions throughout the redlining process. As I support a large sales team with differing agreements at different stages, having everything in one place, with tracked history, makes it easy to pick up where I left off.

It is very user friendly. Still learning how to use it - but it appears to be simple once you learn the steps!

It has ALOT of set up that is required which is difficult to work, learn, and do the set up!

Keeping up with contracts that are not fully executed or that expire or need to be renewed.

The software is intuitive and easy to use, but the best part of LinkSquares is its phenomenal support from the implementation team and customer success managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company is still innovating. This means some of the platform elements are still being adjusted to allow for more customization. However, the company takes feedback seriously and incorporates it into the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to report details from a broad set of contracts concisely is difficult. LinkSquares aggregates information pulled out using AI to simply give a customizable summary of a company's contract universe.

Extremely intuitive to use. Robust search parameters engine. Customization is intuitive and result-oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard reporting/displays would be nice; but the results are still there.

Contract renewals/terminations. Specific term searches. Revenue leakage mitigation.

We now have all our contracts in one place that can be analysed quickly and efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is easy to use and saves time in locating and analysing contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about LinkSquares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has enabled us to have a central record of contracts that is easily accessible. Contracts can be analysed efficiently and quickly. We have also saved money by catching contracts that are due to renew but are no longer required.
Customer Service is Superb!
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares Customer service is superb! Anytime I have a question, they are prompt to answer and follow-up when they do not have the answer right away. Always helpful with easily accessible guides and FAQs.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares is easy to use and love that they are growing to improve the system regularly. I have submitted some development requests regarding their SalesForce integration in regards to Analyze. I wish there was a way to only select a subset of contracts to push into SalesForce. It would be helpful since we have some of our Employment contracts that should not be pushed into SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great repository for being the source of record for all fully executed contracts. It has helped our Sales Team to easily access contract templates and use the full cycle of the contract life simply through the SalesForce integration.
This product is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The power of this product is incredible. I run a very lean legal department and I had no way to manage contracts throughout the lifecycle. This product allows me to not only empower our team to create their own contracts, but allows me to leverage AI to truly analyze contracts and provide insight into trends and KPIs I could never track previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to use tags in reporting functions, but I have no other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has allowed me to empower others in the organization to create template contracts without waiting for Legal. The product has allowed me the ability to track all communications relating to contract negotiations. And the system has allowed me a powerful AI search function and reporting on contracts I never imagined possible.
Excellent onboarding process; user interface is clean and easy to use.

The user interface is extremely easy to use.

The price can be steep, but it is comparable to other CLM software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all of our documents into one place and providing us with an easy to use negotiating process and document finalization tool.
The Best CLM on the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LinkSquares is how user-friendly it is. It has increased our legal team’s productivity immensely, and I also really appreciate the help section and the webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if I could upload multiple agreements in Finalize all at once, instead of having to add them as attachments. Right now, once all the documents are executed, only the first agreement I uploaded gets transferred automatically into Analyze, and the other agreements still have to be uploaded manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently no problems at this time.
