Linksquares is a great product and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Linksquares is easy to use and the company has great customer support. The Microsoft integration is also great for contract drafting. I also enjoy the various drafting status options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really no downside to using Linksquares thus far. The only thing I would change is how my own company names agreement types. This would allow us to search our contracts even easier than we currently do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares is my company's one-stop shop for all our contracting needs. It is allowing all of the company's departments to have a place to draft and store executed contracts. This allows for information to be centralized, the company to ultimately comply with laws and potentially save money on procuring goods and services.

What do you like best about the product?
I't useful to have the drag & drop integration in Salesforce

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use LinkSquares Salesforce integration to upload all contracts and documents related to a program or account, then have the data sync back to Salesforce to be used in automations and reports.
User friendly, easy to learn and navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
Organized documents with easy access, reporting functions are easy to get to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading your own documents took awhile and wasn't prepared enough to know how they should've been named for tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loading up documents we need to view, no misc. documents are being loaded up.
A single tool for dealing with all our company's contracts
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to reduce contract chaos by storing all our documents in one place with relevant tags and standard naming convention. The clause library and the ability to link work orders to the parent contract are also beneficial features. The system is extremely user-friendly and the ability to add tags and document types is much appreciated!
Customer service is excellent and very accommodating, willing to customize the system to meet our needs, and always in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot automatically include work order or contract number in the name, cannot get notified when contracts are loaded, awaiting approval.

We have been able to reduce contract chaos by storing all our documents in one place.

Great product with great support
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive product that is easy to use and adds a lot of value. The team has been great with our onboarding process. They're very communicative and quick to answer any questions. The Anazlye tool is a great repository and easy to search. Finalize is really helping me with streamlining our contracting process. The integration with DocuSign works well and keeps the workflow easy to manage. The Word integration is also a big time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The names of the functions are not very intuitive and confusing for some of our users. The use of tags instead of folders also takes some getting used to. It's a bit of a learning curve. Also sometimes editing templates can be a little time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My firm is growing rapidly and we had no CLM. LinkSquares is helping us develop a process and helping us to centralize all our contracts. It's helped our workflow and ensures that we are following best practices.

Having just one place where we can store our contracts helps reduce time in locating them.
Sometimes negotiations are put on hold because there is no way to track where we are; tracking the contracts helps avoid that.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has excellent customer service and is interested in customer feedback to improve its product. It has an easy-to-navigate platform, excellent and accurate AI system to convert all agreements into text and makes a complex database easily searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are working to improve the AI to meet the needs of clients. Sometimes it mislabels agreement types, but I have seen constant improvement.

Gives a lot more transparency to the legal team with management.
Professional White Glove Treatment
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, clear instructions and choices, overall a great product. In addition, the onboarding experience was fantastic. From the initial call to the follow-ups, the LinkSquares team is with you every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Great product and great service and support (so far). I do not have any complaints or issues with either the product or the team that supports it.

Quickly and accurately review volumes of contracts and extract key terms and information that are required in order to perform a proper and complete contract review.
Great and Easy to Use Post Execution Contract Management Software Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can track renewal clauses and termination clauses post execution. It sends alerts right to your mailbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that LinkSquares does not use folders but tags takes some getting used to at first, but once you learn how the tags work, the system is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one reason why we are using LinkSquares is to manage the contracts post-execution. Before LinkSquares, contracts were signed and stuffed in a file cabinet, and no one kept track of them unless there was an issue. Now, we get alerts when contracts will automatically renew or when a contract is set to expire, so we can be proactive in renewing contracts we want to be extended or opting out of contracts; we do not wish to continue automatically.
